We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your product.
As responded on your email that you sent to us 8 minutes before leaving your feedback, we'd be more than happy to assist you with any issue with our product and of course assist you in the return process.
You ordered with us on the 4th of May, we sent it out the following day and it was with you the 10th of May. As this is an international shipment, this of course takes a few working days. This is the same for return shipments and these can be delayed to the public holiday & weekend that were between your sending out your return.
Luckily, your return arrived at our warehouse this morning and we have already processed a full refund (incl. shipping costs) that should reach your bank account within 3-4 working days.
