Defective product and dishonest service — Avoid!
"Do not waste your money here! My husband ordered an emblem for his 2025 Toyota 4Runner, and it is completely defective. It doesn't sit flat or follow the vehicle's curve; it just sticks out. When we asked for a refund, the company claimed it was our fault for ordering the wrong part. However, our invoice clearly shows we ordered the correct item for his specific model. They are flat-out lying to avoid honoring their own return policy. They will say anything to keep your hard-earned money. Take your business somewhere else or you will be disappointed as well!"

Cuando pedimos un reembolso, la empresa afirmó que fue nuestra culpa por pedir la pieza incorrecta. Sin embargo, nuestra factura muestra claramente que pedimos el artículo correcto para su modelo específico. Están mintiendo descaradamente para no cumplir con su propia política de devoluciones. Dirán cualquier cosa para quedarse con el dinero que tanto trabajo les costó ganar. ¡Lleven su negocio a otra parte o ustedes también terminarán decepcionados!"

Puddle lights were particularly clear and brilliantly colored projection. Good price, and excellent quality. Plus, the alternating images – – – Welcome/BMW—-was very unique and impressive.

And was sent lights that didn't fit the door panel insert slot! Wrong item sent...probably will not use the company again.
