AnnuityCheck is unbeatable! Don't miss out.

AnnuityCheck has a software program that solves the most difficult question for an annuity owner: is my money in the best place, and what is it really earning? You need to spend a little time learning the best use of the program, which isn't difficult, but there is nothing available anywhere else that answers these questions. The program, and the presentation that accompanies it, are outstanding. AnnuityCheck offers both the client, and the agent, many insights not found elsewhere. If you're an agent, it will help your business grow considerably. I highly recommend this company and its products.

Bad experience

Had trouble with the program. It may have been on my side, but I wasn't able to get it to work. I got very busy and didn't have time to sort it out with them. I intended to cancel on the 14th day, was quite busy. I received a billing on the 14th day. I replied to it saying I did not want to continue and was cancelling. I assumed since it was that same day that they would, like most businesses, honor my request and take the charge off. I did in fact have one email that showed a negative for the amount and I assumed that was it. Until I got my credit card statement and saw it was charged. I disputed it. They did not honor the dispute and so I contacted them and expressed my displeasure. There was no budging on their part. Definitely not a company that puts the customer first.

John, sorry you had a bad experience. We stopped providing software as a monthly service (SAAS) over 5 years ago because of confusion over monthly fees, which most people, including myself abhor. Now items, including software can only be purchased individually with no automatic renewal to create confusion. In the last 6 years we have become a force for agents who sell annuities. If you are still in the business, we should discuss your current needs.
