DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY

I am writing this to let everyone know that a policy with this company is not worth the paper it is written on. I put a claim in 21st May with all documents showing my hotel bookings and cancellations. Before even getting in touch I tried my upmost to obtain a refund from the hotels but they refused. This was a holiday involving 4 flights and 4 hotels. I managed to get refunds myself for 2 hotels and all flights so I am only claiming for the 2 hotels that would not refund me.
I have been with annualtravelinsurance.com for more years than I care to think about and this is the 1st claim I have ever made.
I have called at least 6 times and emailed 6 times as well.
Absolutely disgraceful I most certainly will not be renewing with them and in fact will be looking at a new policy now as they cannot be relied upon.
