I purchased a ring at Ann Louise Jewelry at CrossIron Mills, and it turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. My salesperson was Veronica.
I bought the ring for a confirmed price, and about a week later they called to tell me I needed to pay more because they didn’t have my size in stock. I agreed, even though it wasn’t what I expected.
Then, two weeks later, they called again saying the price had increased once more due to the “cost of gold.” In total, the ring ended up almost 50% more expensive than the price I originally paid.
I tried to reason with Veronica, but she told me she was “just the messenger” and that my only options were to cancel the order or pay the difference.
For me, this was unbelievable, extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.
A jewelry store that doesn’t honor its original price, keeps changing the cost after a purchase, and offers no real solutions is not trustworthy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location at all.
