Our first visit into.your store after relocating to Herefordshire to our bungalow. Customer service was fantastic and we were able to order exactly what we required for our needs of a two seater sofa and a further recliner sofa . Communication good just awaiting delivery at the end of November

We have purchased a number of items from Annetts over two visits and at each visit we were left to browse through the store and when we needed information their staff were on hand and gave us some very good advice and information.

The items we bought ranged from an extra large sofa and snuggler through to bedroom and living room furniture. All the items were very competitively priced as the store was having a sale.

When we ordered the furniture we were given estimated delivery times and theses dates proved to be pretty accurate.
We received regular updates from the store keeping us informed of the status of the furniture and confirming delivery dates.

When the furniture was ready for delivery the store gave us a delivery date and the delivery team kept us updated on delivery times.

We had the same delivery guys both times and they were brilliant, carefully bringing the items into the house and placing them where we wanted them. The care and effort the two guys took was amazing everything was checked for condition and that drawers and doors worked as expected.
After everything was put in place, the guys removed all packaging and did a final check with us that we were happy.

We are extremely happy with our purchases from Annetts and the way we were treated from start to finish, especially by the delivery team.
We will not hesitate to buy from Annetts in the future and the final bonus, their store is only a mile and half from us.

In the showroom, Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering advice on different types of mattresses, costings, and offers.

After the placement of the order, Debbie was extremely helpful, particularly as building work on my home overran and a later delivery was needed. This was no problem for Annetts to reorganise. A convenient delivery date was arranged.

The delivery team phoned when they were 30 minutes away from my property. On arrival they checked where the mattress was due to be installed, carried it upstairs, even taking their shoes off in my home. They were extremely respectable towards my property.

I helped my elderly parents purchase some new chairs and a sofa from the store in Hereford. We were helped by Gareth, who was more than patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and over two visits to the store he made everything so straightforward and manageable that my parents left very pleased. Gareth is an asset to the store and we would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to him.

Right from the start our experience with Annette’s was great. Damien helped talk us through what we wanted in a sofa, we didn’t feel pushed into a sale just very informed and given lots advice. They were happy for us to pay in 5 instalments We were able to choose a delivery date & time that suited us. The delivery men were nice and cheerful. We will definitely be back to buy more furniture and another sofa for our snug room.

Whenever we need new furniture we always visit our local Annetts in the first instance. Whenever we have made a purchase we have always been very happy with the customer service, whether it be the sales team or delivery team.

From initial enquiry for swatches for sofas to ordering
over the phone it was an excellent process

experience .Decided which sofas , leg colours and cushions and he then phoned manufacturer for the price and delivery date .
Paid a small deposit and given a rough delivery date
Later received info and receipt in the post
We live in South west Wales so this was so easy and we were confident enough to order on the phone
Delivery was free to our home

I would have no hesitation in recommending buying from Annette’s in Hereford. A great experience from start to finish! My wife and I arrived later than intended (horrendous traffic), staff were taking the outdoor furniture in but Scott dealt with our purchase of sofas without hesitation and we weren’t rushed at all, He has kept us informed from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys also gave outstanding service, I was impressed that they removed their shoes. I have bought from Annette’s several times and I’m always pleased with the products and service.

I would highly recommend Annetts: they have a fantastic range of products to choose from, but what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service you receive from start to finish. A big thank you to Scott for helping me to decide and making my experience a positive one.

From masses of patience in the showroom to delivering our sofa was a smooth , efficient, friendly service. It was a once in a lifetime choice so we needed to get it right.

Rob and the team in Hereford were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered a cantilever parasol and a new ottoman bed with tempur mattress. We’ve just had Dan and Karl (or Carl) delivering the items and again a very friendly and proficient pair of guys. They ran us through the bits we needed to know after assembling everything. What a superb experience throughout. Can’t recommend them enough. Thankyou everyone. This is a company that knows how it should be done. ❤️❤️
