My friend had a bereavement just before New Year, I know it’s a difficult time to get flowers delivered but emailed the company and then called them. A sympathy bouquet was delivered to my friend and she was delighted, she said they were gorgeous. Picked up the most beautiful bouquet on Christmas Eve as a gift for a family member. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was stunning. We recently had bereavement in Falkirk and we all the way in Derbyshire, so we are unable to attend the funeral, but I phoned these guys and they sorted the flowers and everything , absolutely amazing service. Can’t speak highly of these guys.

I phoned Ann baff and got the very nice Billy explained what the wee bouquet was for and my budget which was a bit tight, but after Billy spoke to Ann what it was about she was very obliging the posy was made and delivered in time for coming home from school it was pink and creams and in a box with tissue and a ribbon round the posy it was beautiful ty to Billy for all the help and keeping me posted on how they were going to arrange the flowers and also for the pic of the finished product ...thankyou on short notice as well ..a very happy customer was I..highly recommend ann baffs .

Was attending a funeral on Thursday of last week. Due to other family illness had forgotten all about ordering flowers. Phoned at 9am on the day in a bit of a panic and spoke to Billy who could not have been more charming and helpful. Arranged spray to be sent for funeral at 12 with no problem at all. Such a huge relief and flowers really beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend. Lowered my stress levels immeasurably. Thank you so much.

Phoned in the morning to see about flowers for the same day (unexpected thing popped up so needed flowers asap!) and was able to collect them a few hours later.
The man on the phone was really helpful & professional (think his name was Dougie?) On arrival to the shop the team were really friendly & chatty.
The bouquet was stunning for the budget I had! So bright, vibrant and beautifully displayed. They were warmly received :)
