Poor Shipping Process and Subpar Customer Service

Anna Griffin sells beautiful paper crafting products. Her products are pricey and can be well worth the price, however, her delays in shipping and bad or lack of customer service is subpar. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 3 months on her products because of its high quality and aesthetic, but the company's handle on customer service is unacceptable. I live in Hawaii and know that more often then not we are not privy to the same shipping privileges as those living on the continental US - no free shipping and long shipping times. Nonetheless, I still get my packages. Not with Anna Griffin. Twice my packages have been lost by the shipping company they use. Another shipment was missing items. I reported it on Feb 19, and it was not shipped out until Mar 19th. Correction - to this day, only the label has been printed but it is not yet with the shipping carrier. This is 1 month after I reported it. I offered to settle for a refund instead as I knew it would be the most expeditious way to handle the issue, but they insisted to ship the missing items. In fact, if I had not followed up with them again on the status, it probably would have fallen through the cracks, again. Furthermore, I am still waiting on another package that was shipped on Feb 26.

I have no problems with other companies I order online from - domestic AND international. Some may put the blame on the shipping company, but this is a recurring issue, and only with Anna Griffin. I would assume a company of its caliber would attempt to rectify the issue especially with loyal customers. Seemingly, this is not the case. I really want to continue to order from Anna Griffin, but her handle on customer service and poor shipping processes are huge deterrents.

If you live outside of the continental US, buyer beware. It may take a long while before you receive your products. You might as well forget you ordered from her to lessen the anticipation. Customer service? Don't count on it.

Terrible Customer Service! One rep who doesn't do her job!

Called customer service @ annagriffin.com and spoke to Stephanie. I think she is the ONLY REP at customer service and does not do the job. I canceled my original order and then reordered a new order. She said not to worry original order was canceled and new order would be shipped out soon. I just got an email that my original ordered was shipped. Now can't get a hold of anyone, Stephanie is sending calls to voicemail. Useless. Now I will be getting duplicated orders which I DID NOT WANT! UGH!

I purchased the Empress from HSN

I purchased the Empress from HSN. when I got it and I cut a few things and was excited about the machine. However, after being away and unable to craft for a couple of months I realized it did not cut well consistently and intricate dies not well at all. I reached out to Anna Griffin because the machine comes with a one year warranty. At first I was told they couldn’t help me. I finally got someone who seemed nice and said all the right things but she did not follow through. Finally after a few emails they sent me a machine. I was expecting a new machine because mine was only a few months old and had hardly been used. They sent me a machine in a random brown box, not the box a new one comes in. I emailed and asked if this was a new machine, a returned machine or a refurbished machine. Nobody’s ever replied. So now this one doesn’t cut well consistently, even with the metal shim. I have a Platinum 6, a Big Shot, a Vagabond and a Gemini. Every one of these cut better than the Empress. Jennifer McGuire recommended the Empress so I feel like it must be a good machine. I think I got one that had something wrong with it and then the replacement they sent was one someone had returned. I’ve given up on trying to get this resolved. They obviously don’t care and I have better ways to spend my time. Just beware. This is the worst purchase I’ve made in the crafting industry.
