I can believe I was so Naif to believe the story behind Anna&Felix. Specially because I got the website through an advertising on instagram, claiming that sadly they have to close the shop. It caught me after I read about the tender story of the mother raising her child alone while being an enterpreneur from Canada, somehow it as a great excuse to support local crafters and make myself a gift for my bday. All bullshit! I cant believe it. And apparently this "Mom&Son" fake story is just one model scam, not the only one: annafelixjuwelen •chloecharliejewels •omeliaoliverjewels • gulnarazarina-juvelir •emmaandrose.us • lenalukasjuwelen All comes from China, there is NO mum, and just a SON of A b. that created this scam to empathetic impulsive people like me. I cant believe! And yet someone might have paid to put in doubt that all the reviews are not following trust pilot standars. Come on!

Awful service. After 3 weeks waiting for my parcel to arrive— I was suspecting this company is not originally from Germany where I reside, but from China. They constantly lie to their customers. Tracking number doesn’t work. Almost 4 weeks after, the parcel suddenly shows up.

Overpriced and cheap looking items.

All the 5 starred feedbacks are fake - the owner of the shop made fake accounts to write them but she can never win over the reality of how fake the shop is. My package never arrived and I paid 100€. Even after sending them emails on anna-and-felix AT annafelix.reamaze.com and info AT annafelixjuwelen.de , they just have automated replies and no one checks them. God is watching this evil lady fooling so many people with her fake story and he will make everything right. This lady has just brought curses from from many ladies here onto herself. I won’t be surprised if she and her sons fake story turns out to her real loss.

They use other websites, all pictures AI generated, items are fake (plastic or wire) and come from China. There is no "small business in Germany".
They refuse to give you your money back once you expose them.
Be aware, this is a SCAM!
