Be very careful with these people. I bought a supply for 6 months. So far, so good - though I was not impressed by their oil.
6 months later i received another package from them for a further 6 months - cost just under 200 euros. I had not asked for this 2nd order.
I contacted them by email and they gave me instructions to return the product.
I sent the parcel back by registered mail at my cost (12 euros) nearly 2 months ago. Radio silence. I have tried to call their service numbers in UK, France and Spain.
zero reply. I have written 2 emails.
So 200 + euros down and feeling way away from the 'serenity' they promised that their oil would give me.
Guess I was foolish to buy from them

These people have a very unpleasant business model. The fact I didn't read the small print is my fault, I know. But they will sign you up for a 7 euro trial and unknowingly you will have signed up for a monthly shipment that will automatically be charged to you at 89 Euros.
I became aware of this when I received a 'new order' email at 4.00am on a Saturday morning. They say you have 48 hours to cancel - well that takes you to 4.00am on Monday morning, and guess what? their office is closed until Mon day morning so by the time I got someone on the phone at 9.00am on the Monday, the 'order had already been shipped'- yeah right😡
So then I returned the order and made sure there was a signed for receipt. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. First they blamed 'technical difficulties' but my belief is that:
1. It is not obvious you are signing up to 90 euros per month when you accept the trial at 7 euros
2. The repeat order notification is deliberately timed so that you cannot amend/cancel it in their time frame
3. They deliberately slow down the refund process in the hope that people will go away and forget that they have been ripped off for 90 euros

Almost criminal company. Sounds really honest and sincere in message, but once you use your card to buy a sample product for 6 pounds or so, it automatically takes away some 80 pounds or so within 2 weeks from your card without your consent. Surely this is an illegal act! Do not be tricked and buy these products, I have not even tried it yet, as now I am scared this is purely a scam product, and if any more harm than a cure. Don't trust it!
