I have stayed at anmar homes for 1 year and it was really good dealing with them they are kind and trustable people, they answer you at any time if you need anything for the house

I stayed with Anmar homes for almost a year. I had a very smooth move in and out. All the facilities were provided. I can highly recommend them for a smooth and peaceful stay.

I rented a room in a shared house through Anmar Homes for six months, and I had a great experience. The team was always approachable and professional.

Othman stood out for his friendliness and clear communication, ensuring all policies were thoroughly explained so there were no misunderstandings. Jameel also did a great job guiding me through all the legal processes and ensuring all necessary documentation was completed properly. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Othman was quick to respond, and repair requests were always handled promptly and efficiently.

I dealt with Othman who was very pleasant & professional at all times. He was very helpful too, if I needed to get things for the property he offered recommendations and took the headache out of it. He has made this a great experience as I haven’t had to manage anything at all, he really has taken the headache off my hands.

Made the move in very smooth and quick.
Repairs were done and completed as soon as possible to make tenants comfortable. Anwar is a good listener and tries to make people enjoy their stay.

A very professional and fair letting agency. They treat their tenants with the highest level of service as this is what i saw first hand whilst being a tenant at one of their properties. Any issues you have, big or small they will sort it out. Issues with day to day things in the house all the way to mitigating circumstances. This is a genuine review of what i encountered and i would happily recommend them to anyone. Cannot fault them one bit. I do not normally write reviews but this is for anyone who has any doubts to know that these guys are professionals who operate ethically and transparently. Othman in particular is superb, amazing guy who really cares about his business and those he caters for.

He helped me through the whole tenancy process and resolved every issue me or our housemates had. I’ve recently rented a room with Anmar Homes and it’s safe to say it’s been the easiest and simplest process I’ve experienced with over 10 years of renting. Not only that, Othman was a lovely gentleman to communicate with and answered all my questions about the tenancy and is always available for any questions I may have.
