I joined AnkiPro a couple of weeks ago. The website has now been offline/ missing some of the card stacks that I created for more than a week. They clearly had no contingency plans in place. Avoid.
Absolute amateurs. I also believe this is not a real company—they probably just have a server sitting in someone's basement. Their service has been down for one week (yes, one full week), and they keep claiming their provider is having issues. LMAO —no serious provider experiences week-long outages. They couldn't be more unprofessional. Most likely a very sketchy operation using another brand's name.
