Terrible company, terrible products, terrible service - my experience. £1,000 for a Solix and solar panel kit. Worked for a year and then stopped. Spent over half a year being lied to, trying to get something done or just some help. Sent a completely useless part to me as, what seemed like, a bad joke and then basically told me that EcoFlow (main competitor) might help and that I should "Have a good day". Utterly shocked at how companies like this are still allowed to import and sell this rubbish and then just ignore customers when the products stop working. I would NEVER recommend this company or its products. That is my experience with Anker

First, we would like to clear up a misunderstanding: We were in no way trying to recommend EcoFlow to you. The reason that exchange came up was that the 2-in-1 charging cable model you required was unfortunately out of stock, and the available replacement cables did not meet your needs. Of course, we would never expect you to cover these costs yourself.
Additionally, based on your feedback, we have asked our sales team to contact the dealer you purchased from to investigate and verify the situation. We want to make this absolutely clear: Anker SOLIX products purchased from authorized dealers are fully covered under warranty as long as they are within the warranty period. Please rest assured on this point.
It is not our practice to knowingly deceive customers in order to avoid warranty obligations — this does not reflect the level of service Anker SOLIX has always stood for.
A dedicated account manager has been assigned to personally oversee your case and will work diligently to bring this to a satisfactory resolution for you.

This is everything I expected
This is everything I expected - exactly what a power station is supposed to be. One gripe: the light bar on the main display does no good. It is poorly positioned, and it actually makes it harder to see the instrument panel when activated.

A bad thunderstorm …
After a recent bad thunderstorm we were left with some issues due to lightning striking our home. The battery pack came in very handy, and we were able to loan it to a neighbor who got just as much usage as we did. Great battery pack!! I would definitely purchase from Anker Solix again!

400w solar panels
I ordered 2 400w solar panels. I connected them to my anker 767 solar generator. I did have to figure out how to daisy chain the panels. That required a splitter. The only issue with one of the panels is the snap is completely broken off that levels the angle position on one of the legs. Currently im using a brick to hold it in place. Otherwise the panels work as described.
