Bought a Anker 3 port fast charger
Bought a 3 port fast charger. Delivery and confirmation was quick. The charger is brilliant charges really quick. Asked for a vat receipt and the response was immediate and very customer friendly.

Great customer support experience
After just under 6 months the Anker Nano II charging adapter unfortunately became faulty. I have no idea how but all of a sudden it began to make crackling noises whenever I plugged it into a socket. I reached out the Anker customer support team where the sent me a free replacement which arrived very quickly. I am happy to say the whole process was very fast and smooth.

Fast delivery
Had the charger and magsafe dock thing about a month so far. Working as expected for both. Good processing and fast delivery time.
Won't know if the products will last the course until I have had more time with them but so far so good

No item delivered, no refund, poor service.
I have bought a number of Anker products, they have always been good quality and arrived without issue.
My most recent purchase still hasn’t arrived.
Twice delivery failed claiming nobody home, despite the delivery address being a gym open 6am-10pm and I confirmed the correct address twice.
It has now been delivered who knows where, they have sent me an image of a woman in a house somewhere in her slippers to prove that it’s been delivered to my gym.
They have refused to issue a refund so now the burden and hassle of sorting this out is on me.
Poor service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with products and the company support offered.
Bought charger and hitch stopped working and the company refused even give me a paid service centre details, not to mention replacement request.

Quality product
Had a look around, and this seems to be the best quality product for the price. Everything felt very premium, from the packaging to the product itself. The only thing I would want would be a slightly more flexible mount, or a different mounting mechanism with the same magnetic charging platform.
