Your product return platform or the interface is really bad. Please improve it. Otherwise the product itself was ok will know more about the quality after continuous usage.

Docking station is light weight, easy to carry and really good.
Mobile charger is also very handy, does not get warm while charging and very silent. Really good device.
Just started using these devices. Devices are really good.

What I like: I like the all in one design of the F3800+. Seems to perform well. I like the Anker Solix Home Power Panel, and that it uses a back up sub panel. Allows me to easily separate loads and to create a bypass for faults if needed. However, There has been one issue that was weird when it came from power switch over during power loss that is concerning. I think the App is ok, but I think there are a lot of improvements that could be made to tweak the system and give better feedback on how power is being used. Also the readability is a little poor for me, the fonts are too small and too dim to easily.read.

We are using the Anker Solix F3800 Plus to power our RV while we build our new house. Four full-sized solar panels charge the Anker, and I am so impressed with how fast it charges and how long it lasts. Before the solar panels were functioning, we used a generator to charge the Anker, which typically took several hours to fully charge. Even then, we had full power to use for heat, electricity, and water all through the day and night.

We took our new power box camping. It powers up cell phones without using hardly any power at all, like less than one percent for a full charge on my phone. We used it to bring our Keurig with us camping, which was a really cool idea. We were going to use it for a fan but ended up not needing it. It was great to have and kept the charge the whole time. We can’t and used that power box for two days and only used about 28% of the charge. I would definitely recommend for family campers. I plan on using it in a power outage as well.

For us, the C1000x is a very good compromise between portability and power/capacity. We’re trying it out around the house and can envision taking on a camping trip. We’ve also been charging it with up to three 200W solar panels so we like the “free” energy!

Fast and easy ordering. delivery came super fast. The Solix 3800 arrived a day before the cover and only a few days after purchase.

I do love this little power station. The form factor is ideal for the specific purpose I have for it. Other small power stations fit in the space in my vehicle reserved for a small unit, but this one fits in that same space while leaving enough space for proper airflow to keep the unit from getting too hot. This was the major selling point for me.

There is one quirk where the AC power consumption is listed in hertz rather than watts, but that's not a major issue at all.

No starting power to run anything I bought it for such as a portable compressor.

The charger is not charging phone well. All night charged only 20%! I am disappointed !

A little expensive, but so far works flawlessly. Tried a cheaper brand, which started failing after a couple of months. Knowing Aner's reliability, hope this will be much better.
