I like this store and all the merch that’s available, its fun to look around. But i dont feel welcome whenever im in there. The worker is usually very silent and doesnt smile a lot which makes me not want to go back.
I also think it would be better if there was more price tags on most of the products, because it gets annoying to both the worker and the customers to constantly go up to the worker to ask price.
Great products and easy to contact with questions - quick response time
The item was packages very well, nothing was damaged even thought it was a really large item. Delivery was also quick.
The product and package seem fine, but since its a present I can't say more. The notification services could be improved. I received only 2 emails: one when I ordered and another when I could pick it up from the store. I believe it would be great for a customer to know a bit more during the process or have a possibility for tracking. If it's hard, then clearly state how long will it take in the confirmation letter as there is 0 info about the waiting time...

Everything went as expected! Staff was friendly when responding to my emails with questions. Delivery was done within a very reasonable time frame. This is definitively a viable option even for buyers outside of Denmark like myself.
