ordered the neon genesis jacket, took two weeks to come but decent quality and fits well.

Order placed in March 2022, still have not received. In the beginning I received emails stating they where backed up, it would be another 6 weeks. Now, I have requested a refund and have not received a response.

I ordered a sweatshirt April 2nd, 2022. After a month I emailed them requesting an update on the order. They said they were behind and it would take up to an additional 6 weeks to be finished. I waited TWELVE weeks before reaching back out, multiple times. They have not responded to any of my emails since. Never got an answer or a product. Definitely a scam, especially after reading all the similar reviews. UPDATE 9/19/22: I finally received my product. It is nice quality, comfortable and good artwork. Obviously from my message above, I never heard back from this company. I got a random email saying it was on its way from USPS and was confused. I'm glad I finally got my product and it was as pictured, but their communication was very poor and upset a lot of people. Not sure what is going on here to be honest.

Many people are saying they didn't recieve their order, so i wasn't expecting mine. However, my shirt that I ordered did arrive and its great quality. I think it just depends whether or not you get the shirt.

Total scam. I'm stupid that haven't check this page before payment

I ordered shoes for my grandson for Christmas 2021. I requested a refund 5 times but have not gotten one, or the shoes, after 4 months. This is a FRAUDULENT website that entices children to it with false adverstising.

Ordered a sweatshirt 4 months ago and it never arrived. Tried reaching out to the company multiple times and only heard back once. At that point, it had been 7 weeks since my order was placed (site says 6-8 weeks), and received a rude response saying "embroidery takes time." It was a small patch of embroidery the size of a quarter. In short, it's a total scam and you'll never receive anything.

Ordered two sweatshirts. One came in a week with above average quality and the other came in two weeks. Overall decent quality for the price just wish shipping was faster. Tracking links were somewhat inaccurate.

Fake page. I wish I had checked it before I made an order :((((

Scam. They sent me the tracking number but the package is like doesn’t exist. It’s fake. I asked to the bank for my money back and I reported it like fraud. Don’t lose your money.

Bought a hoodie for my nephew for Christmas and I have yet to receive it sent an email and got told it was shipped but the link they give me just takes me to my order status page which shows no update. At this point I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. Not worth it. All their comments are disabled on their Instagram and looks like they have fake followers/accounts commenting such a scam don’t waste your time

This place is a TERRIBLE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. the quality is terrible, one of the figures I received doesn’t even stand up straight and his head keeps popping off. They sent my order in two different shipments and I’m still waiting on my hoodie that I ordered on 11-15-21 and now it’s 1-5-22. They also forgot one of my sticker packs and haven’t even acknowledged it. They are terrible over email. I would NEVER ever EVER ever NEVER buy from the place again. This was the worst experience ever. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they still won’t respond to my emails. TERRIBLE

I normally don’t like making these reviews but honestly one of the worst websites I’ve ever had to deal with. Asked multiple times on updates on my package and they would send a “link” with my info but it only had my address and order number. They told me it was shipped and it would take 4 weeks. I waited and still no package. I finally sent a long email and they gave me a refund. Never purchasing again I don’t recommend. So sad just wanted to support.

What a scam. I haven’t received my order and the same automatic message keeps going through and can’t get into contact with anyone else. This is ridiculous and people who are truly fans and wanted to support a “small business” it makes the situation sadder. I was excited about getting this hoodie, but now I just want to get a refund! This is ridiculous and not okay. Do not waste your time ordering!

Do not order! After multiple emails, and getting told “the support team is working on it”. I haven’t received anything. Stay away from this scam sight. Save your money

The Itachi embroidery I ordered was above average quality. It took a couple weeks to come but it was worth it in my opinion. Shipping was also free but just wish it was quicker.

Ryan is a really cool guy. Sneakers are nice nothing crazy. Shipping took a while

My packages never arrived. I wrote to the customer service and they gave me a bogus tracking number. The package has been apparently sitting in the new york facility for 2months. I contacted animeatlas again and again but no reply ever came.
Dont buy from this site, its a scam.
You can find better sites that give you the same products.
