Order on dec 17th, no news on delivery, cant contact of anyone also suddenly reveived this to giving experince comment? I didnt even get my package yet, how am i going to give feedback? Please help!

My order on dec 17th, until now i didnt get any information of where my packages are. I cant contact anyone and i about to hv my holiday abroad. Suddenly you sending me for the feedback review??? Please anyone help! Thx
