Purchased a Guru Punch Box through Amazon. I note the negative reviews, but it was dispatched the same day at a very good price and delivered within 48hrs from N.I. to the Isle of Wight. I'm impressed!

Train wreck of a company. Item took weeks to get here after my order didn’t go through, despite them taking my money. I had to phone up 3 times after they didn’t reply to my emails to check where my order was as I was sent no tracking information etc. I was lied to twice on the phone about it being in stock (which it wasn’t) and lied to that they had posted it. After about 2 weeks I finally got my item but do yourself a favour and do not order here.

Purchased a Ridge Monkey compact XL from them nearly 2 years ago, we used it regularly throughout that time then the handle broke. Fair enough time to buy a new one but these guys said no, we’ll send you some replacement handles FOC. Now that’s service and when it is time to buy a new one they’ll be getting my custom.

Don’t be put off by an odd negative review most people never take the time to leave a positive review when they’ve had good service, only ever heard good things about this company.

I am in no way affiliated to this company or it’s staff just believe in credit where credits due.

Great selection of fishing gear and very helpful staff. Rapid delivery well pleased!

bought an ugly stick rod. broke on first outing.
They sent the wrong section. now i'm stuck with a broken rod. they ignore my emails. and wont return my calls. AVOID this place. i am making complaints to all their suppliers. not that it will help but i'm out of pocket by £45 and only have a broken rod to show for it.

I ordered a Rod which arrive broken. None of my dozen or so e-mails received a reply and it took 3 phone calls before they finally agreed to a refund. They still have not covered the return carriage costs or acknowledging the poor service. I will not be using them again.

Brilliant service. I ordered scales on line via Amazon and realised I had ordered the wrong size the next day. I phoned them direct to alter the order, which they did and it arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered a fishing rod for my son's sixteenth Birthday with a week for them to effect delivery. I was reassured by their eBay confirmation email which showed a Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.
Four days passed so I contacted this company.
They faffed around and after four different emails have refused to give me a tracking number for two working days and all they did is bluster to me.
I am now in a situation where they have refused to refund me in time to buy a replacement Birthday present and I feel extremely unhappy with them.
i have begun to wonder if they are advertising goods that they order from a separate company. Their occasional negative feedback on eBay seems to bear that theory out.
I will get the money back through eBay or otherwise but the stupid thing is that I could probably have sorted this problem by being given a tracking number.
The rod never arrived. eBay refunded me and the company took no responsibility and blocked me from bidding on their eBay items. Almost as if I would ever contemplate buying a penny chew from them !
Caveat Emptor !
