I got the test (day 2 and 8) delivered well in time however, I never received any results. Maybe not Anglias fault but the lab?

Bought a day 2 and the delivery was quick and had the results very quick, but it came incomplete without a swab stick (80£ for a test and they don’t give you a swab stick), luckily I had some at home. Also had no instructions at all anywhere in the package or the website, basically I did everything by intuition.

Have done 2&8 days COVID-19 tests, the first one (day 2) we actually had to call 2 times to ask about the result, and only on day 5 received an email with certificate. Day 8 test result has been received the same day.

Delivery efficient and a weekend test did not give any problem. Only question was the date entries on the final test certificate which were a little confusing as to when test was actually processed.

Excellent service by The team as they followed up with phone calls to ensure I had received my negative fit to fly certificate well in time for my flight.
I will use their services again and again

The service at Norwich site, for my day 2 test, rovided by Jenny, was very good and the results were out in under 12hrs. So I am happy to recommend the service and when a need arise I will use it again.

My daughter and I purchased the three test kit for our arrival to the UK. Day 2 kit sample sent and results received punctually. However the day 5 test sample was sent and no results. Telephoning multiple times eventually resulted in our results being processed 'manually' as the bar code on the sample box was incorrect which confused the computerized system so we were told. Not our fault. So Day 8 results were received the same day as Day 5 results. We used another testing company when departing the UK and they were worst. It seems if the Anglia system works the experience is good and the price reasonable compared to other companies.

Terrible - major errors with dates and times on the lab certificate. Certificate claimed the result was available before the sample was taken. No address or any other way to communicate. Simple awful - zero confidence in my result.

We have had excellent service from Anglia DNA at the Scottow site on 4 occasions since first lockdown,apprehensive at first but on site staff soon made the procedures easier. Will book again soon and expect test to be a doddle. Have also recommended Anglia DNA to family and friends and all have been happy with the f the service.
