So efficient! The drive through clinic is clearly signposted and easy to find. I parked in a bay and had a member of staff come over with my test kit. The lady was very friendly (abbey), gave simple and clear instructions on how to take my test and talked me through the activation, plus my results were with me the same day! No hidden costs with this company either which is a breath of fresh air compared to some others! Will definitely use again and can’t recommend them enough.

I was very sceptical having read lots of reviews of bad experiences with lots of different providers about what my experience would be. Something drew me to Anglia and im pleased to say i am delighted with the result. My test arrived on my day 1 in the uk. I needed the day 2 and 8 test. Both submitted and result received the following day. It does need a bit if thought and to read the instructions clearly. One query i had was amswered on the telephone immediately. All in all a 5 star experience. Many thanks.

Signed up from overseas and the package duly arrived on time on my return to the UK. I then sent in my test via the royal mail. However that was it! no confirmation on whether I was negative or positive. So had to assume I was negative, but then did a Lateral flow test just to confirm.

Used this company in June 21 for a couple of day 2 tests. Timing was crucial so I went for the on-site self testing kind on Wed late afternoon and got the results on Thu night. As expected. Staff on-site did all the online paperwork. Tests were £90 each at the time of booking and were among the cheapest on the market. Two-three weeks later the price had dropped to £50. No refund to expect, price difference due to “circumstances “…This testing thing is a business and a very wild west one.

The service on site was excellent, Julie was really helpful. Booking the test took a little longer as the date wanted showed as being unavailable but more appointments were released on checking the site on a daily basis.

Staff could not have been more helpful. The procedure was explained clearly and was easy to follow. The only difficulty was completing the online registration but Anglia DNA cannot be blamed for that: in fact the staff were very happy to help sort out glitches on the website.

Way too expensive. £80 just for a day two and 8 test. This was more expensive than my flight. Also the lied about the price first they advertised it being £20.

We ordered 2 PCR Tests for 2 person which have to be delivered to our Hotel in central London and paid 65 Pound each. They have to be delivered next day we checked in. Nothing happens!!! Avter several phone calls 3 day later we received just ONE test. According to the law we are commited to presend a negativ test 2 days after arrival in GB. This Company made it impossible! We faced havi problems leaving the country after 5 days. Also the 65 Pound for the second, not supplied test set we never seen.

It was very simple and straightforward, the staff member helping was clear and patient. I would like to thank them for a speedy and efficient service

Superb service after my holiday from Spain. Pulled up in car, test completed and results by 1700 the same day. staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

I had to order 2 tests before i could enter from Germany. After the order the rules have changed. I was very pleased that i could easily cancel the one test. Without any problems i got my money back and twice i was asked very politely by phone if everything went well. A request from me about the return of the test was answered quickly. On my next trip to England i will order my test here again.

Our first PCR covid test so we asked for a supervised session. Very pleased with the service and results received the same day.

Stress free experience - we called up prior with some queries and received all the help we needed and a call back. We were helped by Tracey when we arrived and she was very friendly, professional and thorough with her instructions.

The 2 staff that issued and explained the Day 2 test to myself and my family were helpful and professional. Generally a good experience and have no complaints.

Booked for Day 2 test at Norwich testing site. I found both telephone and email communication with the company very easy with quick response times, even into the evenings. Had an issue with receiving confirmation email which they quickly advised upon and was rectified. Very helpful staff. On the day of the test my satnav took me to slightly the wrong place but was directed to the correct building. Rang the phone number outside the building and a woman came out, explained the kit to me which i completed in my car and rang again for her to collect the test from me. Had email confirmation of result. No issues with the procedure at all.

No instructions, no online help, just a phone number. Needed info on my PLF which they already had access to but required me to input again!! My view of the testers…see Private Eye #1555 page 28 last item bottom right. Telephone support- it wasn’t support, just listened to..they were admin support who were being used.

Made already stressful situation worse. They send me the wrong result, that put me in a trouble with my work and I had to organize a new test. Only to see a new email next day with corrected, negative, result. Terrible joke for a person who is legally depended on this service and went through a terrible service like this already three times in the last 11 days.

At first I thought this company was amazing. The swab tests were ready & waiting for us at our destination point in UK in good time for our Day 2 tests. We followed the instructions on how to do the tests and then followed the instructions on how to pack & return them, posted them in one of the "special" post boxes (difficulty finding one on a Saturday but we managed) then waited for the results. By Day 7 the results still hadn't arrived so I called the company. The first call was atrocious, I couldn't hear anything &, despite telling the lady, she made no effort to clear the line (either move her microphone or move to a better location if she was using a mobile!) so I hung up & called again. I could hardly understand a word the 2nd agent was saying & EVENTUALLY managed to get her to speak slower but she was still extremely abrupt and NO customer service skills. It turned out we had quoted the wrong barcode number and she expected me to MAGICALLY produce the correct code, even though the package was now with the company! She EVENTUALLY agreed to send 2 more tests, free of charge, which arrived on DAY 12 OF OUR 15 DAY TRIP. Needless to say we didn't repeat the tests!

Will NOT be using this company again on future trips to the UK. The only reason I have written this review is because I received several requests from the company to do so!

I wasn't sure how to use the rod you stick up your nose so asked some basic questions about it. When the woman I had asked left the room I heard her ridicule me asking questions through the office door. Amazingly unprofessional.
