One of the best training experiences I’ve ever had.

I took the Syndicate Blueprint Program to gain insight into how I might build out my angel investing collective. Jed is a great instructor; he's detailed, methodical, and funnier than he realizes. His approach to angel investing sometimes challenged industry norms, but it was always grounded in logic and experience. This course was one of the best training experiences I’ve ever had.

Thanks Jed for sharing your knowledge and experience

I’ve joined three syndicates, but Angel School stands out for its incredible learning resources. When I started angel investing, I had no fundamentals, but Jed’s 10-hour Venture Fundamentals course was a game-changer. It’s a systematic, beginner-friendly guide, and Jed is incredibly generous in sharing his thought process and experiences.

I joined the committee after the course to continue learning alongside passionate angel investors and sharpening my skills. Whether you’re a founder, operator, or aspiring angel, I highly recommend Angel School to understand early-stage investing. It’s a must for anyone serious about the space!

Angel School: Where Education Meets Lifelong Community

What sets Angel School apart isn’t just the outstanding education—it’s the lasting community. As someone relatively new to angel investing, I gained practical frameworks, access to a strong network, and real-world deal flow—exactly what I needed to start confidently. Even a year later, I still get value from Angel School - weekly deal memos in my inbox, first-look opportunities where alumni share proprietary deal flow. The upfront cost has paid for itself many times over.

Excellent course for beginner and experienced investors

This course is designed for anyone interested in learning more about investing in early-stage startups, regardless of your background and experience. It's a great 101 for those just venturing into VC/angel investing, and it's a great refresher for those with more experience.

I found it easy to follow the courses and to understand key concepts. Jed has made it very intuitive to understand the concepts, and by doing so, he helps to de-risk a highly risky asset class and he makes it less intimidating to approach this complex topic. Jed draws from his personal experience to make it easier for others to identify both green and red flags when investing.

If you're ever stuck on anything, Jed also makes time to answer your questions through his live sessions. The course is also practical as you're given real life use cases to illustrate how to apply the different concepts.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to add VC investing into their portfolio!

My experience with Venture Fundamentals

As a founder of a startup, I’ve always been interested in understanding the investor’s perspective, not just to raise capital more effectively, but also to start investing in startups myself. This course has been incredibly valuable in that regard. It provides a clear and practical framework that helps me systematically analyze startup investment opportunities. More importantly, it highlights the key issues and critical questions every investor should consider before making a decision. Among all the courses I’ve taken on startup investing, this is by far the most insightful and well-structured. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about making informed investment decisions in the startup world.

My Transformative Experience with Angel School's Venture Fundamentals program

Joining Angel School's Venture Fundamentals program was truly a game changer for me. At first, venture investing concepts like terms, valuations, and cap tables felt quite overwhelming. But this course provided clear, practical lessons and hands on experience through engaging case studies and real world investment scenarios.
The biggest benefit was how dramatically it boosted my confidence and clarity as an investor. I now feel well equipped to evaluate deals effectively and make informed decisions using a structured framework. Plus, the strong community and ongoing alumni network continue to provide valuable support and exciting opportunities.

I highly recommend this impactful program!

Great Community & Learning Plaform

I took the VC fundamentals course managed by Jed. I love how genuine he is, and it helped me to dive into the VC world. After the course, I joined the investment committee to see real examples and engage in discussions of potential startups. Moreover, there are good investment opportunities with detailed due diligence. What I love the most is the attention to detail and comprehensive due diligence process, which I lacked. I am happy to take this course.
