Scammers! Send the wrong product and then don't handle the return.
I'm writing this review to warn future buyers about the complete unreliability of this Marketplace seller. Here are the details of my experience:
• Delivery delay: The two-seater sofa arrived more than a month later than the agreed-upon date.
• Non-compliant product: The cushions delivered are the wrong color and material.
• Poor customer service: I've been asking for weeks for the correct cushions, only to receive confusing and contradictory responses:
• Initially, they stated that the material wouldn't be available for at least another month.
• Subsequently, they demanded the return of the incorrect cushions, but didn't provide a specific delivery date for the new ones.
• Disclaimer: Maison du Monde offers no concrete support as the purchase was made through the Marketplace, leaving the customer alone to manage the dispute.
Conclusion: Totally unreliable company. I strongly advise against purchasing from them to avoid unnecessary waste of time and stress. Don't buy from them.
