The sizing of the clothes was way out.
The sizing of the clothes was way out. The shorts for a 4 year old would just about fit a 2 year old. AND I Had to pay to return them.

Our sizing is based on standard age guidelines, but we do appreciate that fit can vary slightly depending on the style, fabric and cut. That said, your feedback is very important and we will certainly share this with our product team to review the sizing on this particular item more closely.

1- There are customs fees that I wasn't informed about, and this angered me greatly. Why doesn't the store or the shipping company bear these costs?
2- Extremely slow delivery; my shipment was only dispatched after I contacted you via email.

We would like to confirm that your order was not dispatched immediately as the shipping details initially provided were not sufficient for our courier, DHL, to process the shipment to Saudi Arabia. Our customer service team contacted you to request the correct address information, and as soon as the updated details were received, the order was dispatched promptly and delivered within 4 working days.
With regard to customs fees, these are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not charged or controlled by our store or the courier. For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, as outlined in our shipping policy.
We ask all customers to support us by contributing to return fees, we are always reviewing this however at this point in time we are unable to bear these costs.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly to assist further and ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
