Well I eventually got my plenum yesterday, yes it's a stunning item , but the lack of communication is terrible.
I ordered in April under the pretense I'd have in 2 -3 weeks but was told it would actually be more like 2 month.
Trying to get hold of them is hard at times. I'll probably not order again unfortunately
Shocking service really ordered an eBay part which was then marked as dispatched before it was dispatched, they massaged to say 5 days tops, then no contact for 15 days until I chased them up.
Then despite me saying I'd wait still, but would be leaving negative feedback I got refunded so I couldn't leave an eBay negative.
Would not use them again, customer service is diabolical.
