The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lies and destroy our quality of life. The High Performance Health Program was founded by me - Andrew Marsham. I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in Glasgow. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. I had started my own health journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. So when I no longer seen a definitive path in the corporate world I started my own fitness coaching program in 2018 after becoming certified as a trainer and nutritionist while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Health Coaching. Our team is comprised of 19 full time employees which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us.

Kyle has been a great support system. He’s asked all the right questions even the tough ones that have pushed me to get to my goals. The company has made the process easy to follow and has created the sense of demand to stay regimented in the process. My goals have been to gain strength back and lose weight and both have happened.

My coach was Steve Nesralla who was very supportive and helpful in me achieving my goal of attaining weight of 80k ( from starting at 88k) . High Performance Health works!!!
From the beginning Steve took the time to listen to my goals. He put together a plan and then he helped me work the plan. He checked on me and my progress at least a couple of times a week to make sure I was staying on track. When we had our weekly phone call, he held me accountable and kept me focused on my goal. Whenever I was out of town on a business trip or vacation and couldn’t make my own meals, he made sure I had healthy choices to pick from. All I had to do was send him the name of the restaurant and he’d pick foods to keep me on track. This insured that I met my weight loss goal, which I did! Lost the 20 lbs I was looking to lose, lowered my blood pressure from 150/95 to 120/65 and gave me the energy and tools to keep going for the rest of my life. I’ve been part of the High Performance Health Program for about 6 months and have found it to be incredibly helpful. I joined in order to get some guidance on workouts and more accountability on diet.
Kyle has been a fantastic coach and consistently pushes me to change my workouts in ways that have significantly improved my core strength and overall wellness. Despite being someone who has gone to the gym regularly for years, I wasn’t tracking my diet and this has made a big difference in my stamina, in and out of the gym.

My goal in joining the program was to have a training program tailored to my busy schedule and around my age and starting point. I also wanted to have someone to hold me accountable. HPH has been instrumental in allowing me to develop systems for my schedule workouts, steps and proper diet to be successful. The workouts online allow you to track your progress and do not require to think about what exercise to do each day. Pavol Zajac been extremely helpful with diet structure and providing great suggestions to increase protein intake while keeping calories in check even why traveling extentively in areas with much different dietary cultures. The weekly accountibilty is also critical to keeping things on track.
Continue to increase weight with nearly every exercise and have dropped 12-15 lbs.
Definintely recommend to others especially those with frequent travel for work. This is a system that works !
Changed How I Think About Health
Before working with David and the high performance health program, I thought health was mostly about grinding harder in the gym. Coming from a military background, I was used to pushing through pain, training hard, and believing that more work always meant better results. But years of wear and tear, old injuries, and accumulated bad habits had caught up with me. I would spend hours training, but I had very little structure around nutrition, recovery, or how all of it actually worked together. Despite all that effort, I wasn’t getting the results I wanted and often felt frustrated, exhausted, and stuck.
David completely changed my understanding of what real health and sustainable progress look like. He helped me see that no amount of training can consistently outwork poor nutrition, lack of structure, or bad habits. More importantly, he took the time to explain the science behind everything in a way that actually made sense, which helped me stop guessing and start making smarter decisions.
What impressed me most is that David understood how to tailor this process around my specific challenges, including prior injuries and the physical wear that comes from military service. He didn’t force a one-size-fits-all approach. He built a plan that was realistic, sustainable, and designed for long-term health.
Since working with him, I’m already down weight, but the biggest change goes far beyond the scale. I feel dramatically better physically, mentally, and psychologically. I have more energy, more confidence, and far less stress around food and fitness.
David has been an incredible partner throughout this process. He genuinely cares, stays engaged, and has helped me build habits I believe will improve my health for the long term. I’m grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to anyone serious about changing their life.
Health and Longevity investment
Great program. I was able to lose nearly 30 pounds and feel great again. I consider this an investment in my health and longevity. As a business owner I’ve spent a lot of time investing in my company, and finally decided I need to invest in my health. My trainer, Scott Ludwig, set up a program that works for my schedule, provides accountability, and produces results.

If you are reading this, you are in a place looking for help and unsure if you can trust your money spend on HPH. I can tell you, I was exactly where you are right now. I desired help and searched for numerous solutions and HPH was 100% the RIGHT choice for me. I was introduced to Coach James, and he listened to me at a very high level and asked endless questions regarding what my desires were to achieve. Following this discussion, he described a custom plan he believed would work for my desired goals.
For the past 7 months, Coach James and I partnered to move forward with his plan and make adjustments and improvements along the way. I’m 56. In my mid forties I worked out in person at a health club with a personal trainer and was in the best shape of my life. That trainer moved to a different club, and I told myself I would do it on my own. I stuck to it for a while, then Covid hit.
I was recently intending for the third or fourth time to “get back in shape” on my own when I saw an ad for High Performance Health (HPH) on LinkedIn. I did an initial Zoom interview with HPH and liked what I heard so I went forward with the HPH program.
One of my best decisions. The format of being able to do the workouts at home, but still having a personal trainer to speak with live and to communicate with at any time through the HPH app has been ideal for me. And the results have been fantastic. I’ve lost over 15 pounds the right way by dropping fat but preserving muscle, and now my excellent trainer Scott Ludwig has me working my weight back up a bit so then we can go back down again but be stronger and leaner.
The HPH app is also fantastic and syncs seamlessly with MyFitnessPal and/or Apple Health for tracking food, weight, workouts, water, steps, sleep, etc. One of my initial apprehensions was whether the HPH app would be cheap and wonky, but it’s the opposite. It’s also the real deal.
The workout program is also tailored to your personal situation. I don’t have a huge home gym. I have a set of adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and a treadmill. With that minimal equipment, Scott designs a very diverse workout program for me and the results speak for themselves.
If you are a busy professional like me who is looking for a great solution to get in shape and stay that way, I can’t recommend HPH or my trainer Scott Ludwig highly enough. I feel fortunate to have found this program.

Learn to do it the right way.
This experience has taught me everything I was doing wrong. By having me log all of the food and drink that goes into my body and combining it with weight workouts that were challenging but that truly made me stronger and grew muscle. It's worthwhile just for that.

I explored many different fitness companies when I stumbled upon HPH in March ‘26. I could not articulate exactly what I was looking for when exploring various fitness and health coaching services, but HPH felt right. The team did not present sales gimmicks or pressure me to join on the spot but listened to me. They heard my struggles and what I was looking to achieve. I was matched with my coach, Scott, within a couple of days and my intro session was scheduled. Scott is amazing. I was looking to make significant changes in my diet and Scott allowed me the space to adjust. He developed a training plan to kick start my transition to the version of me I wanted; healthier, stronger, more energized. Scott holds me accountable, partners with me to progress my goals, and is an all around great individual. I was recommended to High Performance…
I was recommended to High Performance Health in late 2025 from a good friend of mine already in the program. He found success with HPH, and I was in need of some life changes as I approach fifty. I have always been in relatively good shape, but poor eating and repeating twenty-year-old gym workouts simply stopped working. I was starting to get a belly, and my digestive system was failing from poor eating and processed foods. It was time.
I started with HPH on 1/1/26 and was excited to be coached by Kyle Patterson (who was highly recommended to me). Kyle's incredibly smart, hard-working and relatable. Most importantly, he cares. He listened to my issue and goals and together we built a program around them. Kyle was able to quickly fix my GI issues with a mix of supplements and dietary changes. I felt better than I had in ten years. I also enjoyed my workouts and balance of weights and cardio. The app makes it easy to track everything and takes the guesswork out. The app along with Kyle kept me honest.
I'm now five months into the program and my life has changed. My digestive issues are resolved and I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life. I've lost 20 pounds (190 to 170) while building muscle. Any fat I had is gone. I’m excited to keep it going.
