The camera tripod ball head works very well and does what was expected of it and for a very reasonable price. Why pay two or three times the amount when this product ticks all the boxes I needed from such a tool.

Ordered a pond aerator via Amazon which has only worked for 2 months. Have emailed Andoer several times but have had no reply. Would not recommend this firm as there is no customer service at all.

Purchased the Andoer CMOS zoom digital camera and of course it went wrong.

The only method of contacting the compnay is to use their web site “contact us” page. No one replies or you get a message “Thanks for your email, this inbox is not being monitored."

You don't want to purchase this brand you will be wasting your money as well as your time.

Yep - I concur these guys are just in it for the money.

I purchased the Andoer HDV-524KM camcorder from Andoer via Walmart. For a sub $300 camcorder, there are a lot of features packed into it. Expect some significant compromises and some of the specification claims are a little suspect. The digital zoom is pretty useless as is the wide angle lens that really just reduces image quality. Overall, the camera produced good quality video and had clear sound with the external microphone. Batteries are difficult to find if you want to buy extra batteries. The camcorder suited my purpose, and I was happy with it. You can get significantly better gear for about twice the money from brand name companies. For the money though, this is a useful camcorder for YouTube videos and home use. I did not need to contact their customer service people so I cannot comment on customer service. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Purchased a digital camera and the second time we attempted to use it, it stopped working.

The only method of contacting them to make use of your warranty is a support@ email on their website. This returns an autoreply saying "Thanks for your email, this inbox is not being monitored." with no further way forward. Crooks.

No way of contacting them, product says it has an usb port for easy firmware update, there is no firmware update and no pc detection. Basically selling no name products with their stamp on it

Bought Andoer Panorama Tilt Monopod Head from Amazon, delivered next day. Very happy with quality.
was looking for leofoto model but that one not available in UK and twice the price, similarly the RRS version which is almost five times the price yet all look to be almost exactly the same product.

Placed an order through Amazon.ca with Andoer for a set of lens extensions. After waiting 5 weeks order is still lost in transit somewhere. Will never use them again for anything.They always answered emails questioning the order but the answers were very hard to understand and just made us feel they were a company that could not be trusted.

Photo Frame described as 1920 x 1080 resolution - item received was 1280 x 800 and poor quality. I emailed the company via their 'website' ( no contact details given on Amazon ) and got no reply. Returned item.
Wish I had looked here before I bought from them - it would have saved a lot of wasted time.

I have to concur with the reviews above.
Andoer simply do not respond to customer enquiries or requests, they do not publish a contact number and I would never deal with them again.
They do not deserve even the 1 star I had to award to warn you about them. These are the businesses that get online trading a bad name.
All trading services should (for their own benefit) cease to offer their goods.
In online trading, trust is everything and a business that cannot be bothered to respond to a customer with a problem has no right to continue to benefit from the customer's trust or custom.
Take my advice, do not trade with them because although very cheap their products are poor quality and unreliable making them exceptionally expensive in the long run and their customer service is SH 1 T.

Descriptions of products on Amazon are factually incorrect (wrong sizes, wrong colours).
They sent me a 20% discount code to use at Amazon when I joined their website, but the code doesn't work on the Amazon website
Their customer email bounces back and so there's no way to contact them.

Andoer is a bargain photography company, and as such has some strengths and weaknesses. I'm not an expert as I only buy something from there, but for example, my Tripods are amazing for the price (less than 100 dollars each and they worked great) however, after 3 years of use wear and tear is very visible. I've found that their legs screw into the tripods and I've had to glue one back on as the threads were cheap plastic. That same leg is missing the peg that holds it into place.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything electrical from them.

Basically you get what you pay for.

Bought a flashgun from Andoer via Amazon eleven months later the diffuser and diffuser cover fell out of the flash unit as this had a 12 month warranty I contacted Andoer and sent photos and asked for a refund or a replacement flash gun.
Andoer declined to both requests and I contacted Amazon who refunded the cost.
Do not buy Andoer products as the company do not honour their product warranty claims.
