A product should be in working more than a month and I am very sorry that there has been a lot of issues with your lamp. I do see that this has been a longer process and I apologize for that.

I have looked into the matter and I do see that this has been a longer and difficult case, and I do apologize for this. I can see that there has been a lot of back and forth with the claim department and it ended with a refund in November 2023, as you said.

We would like to strongly emphasize that none of our customers should feel forgotten, and it is certainly not our wish that a case should not be treated with the highest priority. I can see that it has not been optimal in this case, and we would like to take responsibility for that.
