Seat wear out after only 5 years (my wife Ikea chain look brand new after 5 years).

Contacted Anda Seat support two times to see my option to repair it, got no reply from them.

I should have paid more for a Secret Lab.

Really well made chair and really good after service! I got an issue with the tilt mechanism making the chair a little bit wobbly. They sent me a new mechanism in a week and the service was above and beyond! I will recommend Anda Seat way before Secretlab now! Cheer! The person who helped me the most was Dawn! Give that man a raise!

The service is 10 out of 10!
I bought my Dark Knight at Staples earlier this year, and one of the recliner got jammed.
I emailed them about the issue and received a call back the very next day with a proper solution.
The guy was so efficient and I received the replacement the same week and now it works as brand new.
Love it!

Don’t trust the warranty. I sent 3 emails and 1 facebook message about my brand new chair that doesn’t go up and down. About 3 weeks ago.

The warranty can be as long as they want, it doesnt worth anything if they don’t bother to reply.

There’s 0 warranty team/ 0 support. They advertise live support on their website but it’s a robot telling you that they are unavailable. You might get an answer from them saying that they are taking care of it and send it next week but after 6 months of getting told the same message over and over... you realize that it’s a pure scam.

Truly awful customer service. Having parted with £300 for a chair that was to be dispatched within 7 days I am yet to receive said chair. Naturally after 7 days I contacted to see what the issue was. Having since sent 9 emails, I am yet to get a response to any email address that I could find.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It works pretty well as a chair. I have some minor complaints such as it having limited vertical adjustment options, a pointy piece of metal sometimes showing up in the bottom cushion, and the headrest being a little uncomfortable, but beyond that it functions pretty well as a comfortable chair.
