Purchased an AirTag keyfob
Purchased an AirTag keyfob. After 4 months the leather came apart. I contacted customer service and although they did give me a credit in a day (not a refund) it only partially covered a replacement. I still had to pay the tax and shipping again. I’ve never seen a company not fully cover something that they agree is defective. When I asked, here was their reply:
Hi *****,
Thanks so much for reaching out about your warranty claim!
For approved claims, we provide store credit equal to the original purchase price of the product. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery, we’re able to offer a replacement instead. For claims submitted after 30 days, store credit is provided.
Please note that shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable, as they are considered used services.
We appreciate your understanding and wish you a wonderful day!

I reached out to customer service about…
I reached out to customer service about my order which was wrong but had my initials on it so no return. I offered to re-buy the product which was 103.00 with tax if they would honor a deep discount. The reply was they would give me 10% off. Maybe a very small company trying to make ends meet . I feel like if they were a solid company they would have done better than 10 %. Would not recommend this company .
Customer Service Nightmare
I had an issue with my order and reached out to Andar’s customer service for support. Unfortunately, there was zero accountability on their end. It was clear they had no interest in helping or doing the right thing. The lack of care for their customers is shocking, and it honestly makes you wonder how they stay in business. If you decide to order from Andar, know that it’s a gamble; don’t expect them to stand behind their products or support you if something goes wrong. My interaction with them is the worst I’ve ever had with any retailer.
Impossible to return item.
Sent the wrong item and impossible to return if you are not in USA.
I purchased the capsule case for the AirPods Pro 3 but I received the case for the regular AirPods.
I requested a return which Andar approved and they sent me a FedEx return label. But when I went to post this the FedEx shop said this can only be posted by going to a specific FedEx office. The nearest of which is a 2 hour drive there and back from me, this would have cost more than the item is worth.
I contacted their support and it took almost a week for them to respond and they were of no help and in the end I was unable to return the wrong item.
I strongly recommend buying from a different company as if you get the wrong item you’re completely stuck.
No Customer Support
Ordered item 26 days ago. It hasn't been received. I reached out to them multiple times, but only received AI responses. I finally reached what I think was a real person, and they didn't assist. It's simple-I give money, you give product. When that doesn't happen, I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back
Inconsiderate
For what it’s worth: I had a really poor experience using Andar for the first…and last time. I purchased a case for my 15” MacBook Air and then proceeded to cancel it within 12 hours of my purchase. Andar acknowledged the cancellation and had plenty of time to prevent it from being shipped but failed to do so. It was ordered late on Monday, cancelled on Tuesday (early morning), but ultimately shipped out on Friday - plenty of time, right? Well, I had purchased their “free returns” package for $3.25(?) but to no avail. I was stilled charged for the return shipping and some other tacked on fee.
If you’re interested in the quality of the product, you’re getting 2 very flimsy pieces of plastic with a piece of extremely thin leather wrapped around them and, for over $110.00, I expected a more. But my frustration lies in Andar’s inability to do the simplest of request for their customer.
Poor checkout flow, delayed support, and unfair cancellation stance
My experience with Andar has been disappointing due to serious issues in both their checkout process and customer service handling.
After selecting my card via Google Pay, the payment was processed instantly with no confirmation screen, which prevented me from applying a discount code. I contacted their team within minutes of purchase to request a cancellation.
Despite this, their response only came several days later, after the order had already been fulfilled. I was then informed that a cancellation fee would be charged if I proceed with the return, even though the fulfillment only occurred due to their delayed handling.
What made the experience worse was that when I asked for the proper official channel to leave a public review of this incident, that request was ignored entirely.
Summary:
No proper payment confirmation step
Immediate cancellation attempt made
Several-day delay in customer response
Fee still intended to be charged
Avoidance when asked about review channels
This raises concerns about fairness, transparency, and customer protection. I expected better accountability from a brand positioned at this level.
Poor Support for pricey leather products, they don't honor a warranty!
I purchased The Penny Handbag and The LO wallet and a makeup case.
Very expensive items / but due to great marketing and internet hype really looked worth the pricepoint.
I received my handbag with what appeared to be wrinkles on the leather - the material appears to be very thin, almost ready to rip with a few bubbles.
The magnetic closure on the back pocket just didn't work - at all.
I kept the bag simply because it was a long wait to purchase at a discount plus it was a gift for me.
My LO Wallet came in great condition but one of the slots ripped very easily without my stuffing the slot with a credit card. I decided to write to CS for Andar support - sent email explanation and pics of damage for the wallet. The reply came back almost immediately that they could not provide assistance to repair or replace as they deemed it was normal wear and tear on my part.
So now I am really pissed and will never purchase another item from Andar. If you want exceptional leather there are other companies- sticking to Portland Leather Goods from now on.
If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Do not do business with this company. Bad quality and horrible customer service.
Poor Quality Phone Case - Poor Customer Experience
Purchased a phone case for the new iPhone 17 pro max.
Quality initially seemed good but the leather marks so easily and ripped.
Contacted Andar for their “lifetime warranty” coverage all to be told it was denied with an explanation of ‘these phone cases are not meant to protect your device like other hard cases’
I wouldn’t recommend this company to others and I’d look elsewhere like Ryan London or Mujjo.
WARNING: Extremely Disappointing Experience
I purchased an expensive phone case from this company and tried it on my phone once. The case was very slippery, so I took it off and decided to return it. It was also surprisingly difficult to remove.
After sending it back, I was shocked to see that I wasn’t refunded the full amount. When I reached out, I was told 20% was deducted because of a “scratch” on the leather. That’s simply how real leather reacts after being handled once—it’s unreasonable to expect a customer to absorb that cost. If a company receives a return in that condition, they should take responsibility and resell it at a discount instead of penalizing the customer.
This experience left a really bad impression. I would not recommend ordering from this company and will not be purchasing from them again. With companies like Amazon offering fair and customer-friendly return policies, this kind of treatment feels outdated and unfair.
Charging port does not align with phone!
Lovely case but the charging ports do not align. Although the case has a lifetime warranty, I pointed this out and their response was basically thanks for letting us know, goodbye. Basically, look elsewhere is you want a case to fit properly or you want a warranty that means what it says.
Do not order from Andar
I was very excited about this business and their leather cases for Apple products, and even ordered from them 3 times.
One of the phone cases I ordered did not have a functional sound button (i.e., the toggle doesn't work). Their customer service was a nightmare and they told me I didn't qualify for a warranty. I pushed harder, and finally received a $50 gift card that didn't even cover the cost of a new case and shipping.
Waited months for a sale to order a replacement case. Also got another item (a handbag) at the same time. Was excited for my new order to arrive...
Only to find that they shipped the handbag only, and no phone case. Customer service refused told me I missed their 3-day window or some bullcrap for reporting an item missing, and then refused to send another case because I didn't send them a picture of an empty box. I asked them to make it right and they won't.
I did a chargeback with Amex and will never do business with Andar again. I got a defective case that they made nearly impossible to remedy, and then didn't even ship me the replacement.
Save your time and money and do not order from Andar.
This company sucks!!!
This company sucks!!! Ordered leather phone case company sent a cheap plastic one. The side button holes did not match the phone. It was junk. After paying extra for "returns" was told it was a final sale. This company is a rip off stay clear!!!!!
Not recommended
Hello everyone,
I haven’t received the product yet, and I truly hope the quality will meet my expectations. However, I want to leave a review regarding the service—especially the shipping costs for customers outside the US.
I strongly advise anyone in Europe not to buy these cases. Do not purchase unless you’re ready to spend at least $17 on shipping, plus over €30 in customs fees.
Yes, they claim this is mentioned on their website, and technically it is—but in very small print. Considering you’ll end up paying over €50 extra on top of the already expensive price of the case, I absolutely recommend that non-US customers avoid purchasing from them.
You’ll end up spending over $100 for a phone case, which is just unreasonable.
All sales final in unreadable print
They send you an order receipt. In very small text you can’t read even zoomed in, it says ALL SALES FINAL. I’m don’t think that was on the website. I ordered phone cases. They only show the back. Now I know why. It’s because the front is carved out on the bottom and gives no protection to the screen. I’m going back to NOMAD cases. Mine has lasted a year and still looks new.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality! I had bought a duffle bag and I noticed it was made of thin leather that almost looked like they had skinned a mouse to make the thing. The build was also not good enough. I had the bag for a few trips and the top layer had started peeling.
I tried to return it because I couldn’t believe how bad quality this bag was and they didn’t help me at all. They wanted me to pay a ridiculous amount to return it when the fault is in the company. I believe they should had payed the return fee since my request was more along the lines of a warranty concern.
So,I ended up keeping the bag but I gave it away to a friend and he said it lasted about 6 months before falling apart and at which point he threw it away.
Don’t buy. Find a company that cares.
I have written this review many months after the fact (more than a year) because at the time I didn’t know I could write one. Their website was full of reviews but there was no way to add a review.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! No phone support whatsoever, they do not take calls. Emails are vague, unhelpful and useless. My order was delivered to a wrong address by FedEx. Since a photo of delivery confirmation was taken by FedEx (of the wrong address, they delivered to a motel! Not even a residence!) Andar told me via email, it was delivered. Won’t even take the time to view that I did notify FedEx, they acknowledged the wrong address, and will refund THE SHIPPER - ANDAR! So, Andar gets my money, and a refund from FedEx, and I’m out the product and the money! What a scam, what a fraudulent company! I will forever tell anyone and everyone to RUN from purchases here. I’ll report to all the IG influencers who work with them as well. Worst customer support and company.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I sent an email and 8 days later, no response. I sent follow up email and still no response. Will never do business with Andar again.
