Would have liked to have the option to use the treadmill instead of the bike for the VO2Max measurement because I run very often but I never bike.

It’s a great assessment with everything you need and an easy health passport.
It enables you to reflect, create awareness and act to elevate your holistic health.

The only downside is that you don’t have all the data on one page to hand over to someone else (e.g. general practitioner).

The Insight and Action Session was very meaningful. The doctor clearly explained the results and health risks in my personal health passport. The doctor also answered my queries and provided advice on the next steps to be taken.

Through Ancora I have gained insights into the full picture of what "health" is actually made up of, and how certain genetics / food / lifestyle choices have impacted my health along the way. The onboarding was great, the staff were warm and made it a comfortable experience, and the communication around what to expect at each step has been exceptional. The health passport output and structure of the program has been great for building a clear plan to improve my health / meet my goals. It's expensive, but well worth it based on my experience so far.

Very happy with the services from Ancora Health. Before the onboarding I was clearly informed about the goals of the health check. The check itself contained various test on f.e. blood and urine as well as a performance test on a bicycle, monitoring my heart rate as well as lung performance.
But the real benefit is both in the report you get with an enormous amount of parameters indicating if they are well or could be improved, but moreover for each of the parameters a clear advise how to improve. Especially the latter makes it easy to implement changes.
Last but not least the weekly report makes it possible to track the changes as it is not always easy to change your habits!.
