The customer service I received from Patrick was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Regarding the book, I've found it a great asset in finding finding natural treatments, and pursue generally improved health. The Fifth Edition is a big upgrade from the previous, and offers more nutritional info, more recipes, and clearer data.

I ordered the book. It was a long time coming, nearly a month.

Emailed customer service and I’m not sure I was dealing with humans. Chatbots are fine if interacting with ‘them’ can resolve problems but ‘they’ should be required to identify ‘themselves’ as such.

I was promised an email notification when the book I’d ordered shipped. Never received any such email.

But the book arrived two days after I’d sent a follow up email stating my next messages would be to Alphabet, because the company advertised on Google; and the Better Business Bureau in Austin TX USA where the company is domiciled.

A shame. The book is decently informative, and well-made. But my customer service experience makes it unlikely I will recommend the book to others.

I accidentally placed my order twice after going back to the previous page and noticed that my order showed two copies of the Natural Healing Handbook. I immediately emailed the team and received a prompt response.

John was very helpful in addressing my concern, and Mayra processed my refund right away. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Their team is reliable, responsive, and always willing to help their customers. Highly recommended!

After an initial misunderstanding/ discrepancy regarding the product that I ordered, and what I received, I reached out to customer service. I was impressed by the very quick response providing clarification, an apology, and a proposed resolution if I was still not satisfied. While I greatly appreciated that initial prompt response, I went on to get a second follow-up reply by Rena. It was this unexpected follow-up that truly left me feeling confident that I had ordered from a company that truly cares for their customers. Rena went above and beyond in representing the company, she provided exceptional customer satisfaction, and followed through with a very fair and comparable resolution!

I did receive the “discounted” book without any extras. How surprising it was for me to find 2 separate charges (total ~$130) on my credit card. Last ad/scam I will fall for- serves me right for shopping off of YouTube ads!

I recently ordered the 5th edition copy and unfortunately there was a mix up with my order. I reached out to customer service and Mayra was able to quickly resolve the issue. Thank you Mayra for your wonderful service and attention.
I would like to add, I received a copy for Christmas 2025, maybe it was the very first copy but I fell in love with this book. So when I came across a new video on a social media site for the newest 5th edition copy I had to have it.

I made a mistake in my order and cancelled it. Mayra and her team responded immediately. The order was cancelled and the funds were refunded in full. I'm waiting for the money to appear on my bank card—this usually takes a while—and then I'll order again.

My experience with 'Ancient Remedies' was pleasant and eye-opener. I found books versatile. and benefical to help me to improve my physical and mental health. Now, I think I have all the tools at the tip of my hands. Overall, purchasing the books is one of the best decisions that I've made in my life. Kudos to all of you. Thank you!

They sent me edition 4 and I ordered edition 5. I was very disappointed and expected it to be a hassle getting it straightened out. However, it was the best customer service I’ve received for a very long time. Rena wrote right back to me and was highly professional as well as friendly and helpful. She apologized for the mixup and is sending me edition 5 straightaway with no need to send back edition 4.
I was so grateful I don’t need to figure out some return code and that the main concern was making things right.

I had ordered the Ancient Remedies Handbook online and was very excited to receive it, but after 2 weeks had gone by I had not received my copy or any confirmation one way or another. Turns out I had forgotten to finish the fulfillment process 🤦 with almost no information, Clark was able to find my purchase, process my request quickly and get my order headed my way. Very grateful for his professionalism and speed of service. 💯
