Original Tallow and honey balm is good cleared dry skin up, didnt stop acne. I used it as it can be used instead of anti wrinkle cream on your neck. Not noticed a difference yet. If smells amazing and notice insects tend to leave you alone as they dont like smell so win.

I have just placed my second order after my first one has ran out (took about 6 months). My first purchase was the tallow and honey balm, the clarifying cream a the clarifying balm. I like all of the products but have reordered the tallow and honey balm to use as my go to twice a day moisturiser after washing, as it smells divine and feels lovey on my skin. The clarifying cream feels a little heavier on my skin by comparison. I have always suffered with oily skin and spots but now in my 40’s and entering the perimenopause phase, my skin is less oily (not dry though, I wouldn’t say). I hope this brand continues as I want to keep using this. I’ve also just ordered some for my mum and mum in law to try.

Product caused skin reaction. If you visit their Instagram you'll see them deny that their product will EVER clog your pores, the amount of medical false claims is concerning, they said it gets rid of need for botox??

Delivery was fast. I have sensitive combo skin - I have very dry forehead with psoriasis flare ups when I am stressed but my chin is very oily and I’m prone to break outs (even at 35!). I’ve only been using this for a week and my skin is glowing, my forehead isn’t dry or flaky nor am I having breakouts. It’s honestly brilliant.

I have sensitive skin and have wastes SO MUCH MONEY on skincare over the years. I had finally found a few products that work for me but this tallow cleanser and balm have blown everything else of the water. I will continue to use these products daily and pray that they are never discontinued! THANK YOU!

These products are superb. I have had more compliments in the last few weeks than I've had for a lot of years for younger looking skin and how I don't look my age. They are beautiful to use, I love the scents, they feel indulgent. I have enjoyed receiving the email updates from Mihal - they are a relaxing, interesting read for a couple of minutes each time. I look forward to reading them - a mini relaxation session! This company deserves to do well.

I've waited a while before posting a review as I wanted to see how the products I purchased performed.
I ordered the triple deodorant pack (one for me, and one each for my two sons) and the tallow and honey balm for myself.
Cannot fault the deodorant, I was mindful as the two teenagers are mad on the fragrances and aftershave so I wanted them to use a chemical free deodorant. They're really happy with it. They warm the 'dispenser' up in their hands first as tbh it is difficult to put directly on skin without doing this....though I'm sure this is due to temperature and in the warmer months to come I dont think this will be an issue. I'm really happy with mine too. The scent for all three is not over powering, we've had no reactions like we have had from other mainstream brands (me more so than them).
I've been using the balm since it arrived and I've been so impressed. I suffer with excema and am regularly prescribed hydrocortisone which works for a while but then due to the skin thinning properties I have to have substantial breaks. The main problem I have is around my eyes so hydrocortisone is not good.
Within 4 days of using the balm it has cleared up 90% of my excema! I am honestly so impressed. I've had no flareups since, just a few stubborn patches that get smaller every day.
I was concerned there'd be an odour to it or greasiness but I've not had an issue.
I will definitely be trying some of the other products in the near future.
I'll admit the price was a lot more than I'd usually pay on the mass produced chemical laden products I'd normally buy but the quality more than make up for this. Judging by how much has been used in the time we have had the products, they will certainly outlast the shop bought.
I've recommended Ancestral to my friends and family and I go back to the initial cost, that's the issue that stops them. It really shouldn't when you consider how long they will last.

I've been using Ancestral Cosmetics’ unscented honey and tallow balm for the past year and a half, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

It’s such a nourishing product, my skin absolutely loves it. There are no nasty chemicals, just really clean, simple ingredients, and it feels incredibly soft every time I use it. The unscented version is perfect for me as it truly has no noticeable smell, which I really like and I don't want essential oils on my skin.

The delivery is always excellent, and the product lasts for ages, making it really good value for money.

What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. I accidentally ordered a scented version, and they kindly sent me an unscented product, free of charge. Which completely above and beyond and wouldn't get that type or customer service with bigger toxic brands.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, natural skincare.

Excellent product and great customer service - I recently purchased my second jar of face cream but this one seemed more grainy that the first. I emailed them and literally within minutes I got a reply. They were very apologetic and stated this was an issue that very rarely occurred and immediately sent out a replacement ( which is as good as the first one) I can’t complain at all! Very impressive
The product is excellent and leaves my face feeling hydrated and glowing

I bought the baby tallow cream because my 4 month has started to develop eczema patches on the face and body. The tallow cream has helped the cheeks a lot! The flares have decrease significantly. On the body I’m yet to see the results. The water is hard and most likely he will have to grow to improve his skin barrier. But for the time being the tallow cream is easing the eczema. I tried other stuff nothing worked. I use it on my face as well. Helps a lot for my dry skin during the cold winter months. Most importantly it’s natural and a high quality product. Love it

I can't believe that anybody would write a bad review about this company. For years I've tried to find a facial moisturiser. that works for my dry skin. The Honey and Tallow balm is brilliant and a little goes a long way!! If has a slightly fatty smell..it is tallow ! but it's well worth the money once you get used to it. A little goes a long way!! My stepdaughter uses it on her son's psoriasis and she swears by it! Brilliant comany, brilliant products and service! I wish Ancestral Cosmetics all the best!!!!

This company is probably the best company to deal with from my experience dealing with companies for over 20 years.

There customer service is absolutely unmatched compared to any other company I've dealt with. There attention to detail and unrelentless effort to help with the situation is far beyond any other company I've dealt with.

There products are top quality and they will do everything to help and guide you with any issues that may arise.

Personally I can't recommend them enough and they will be there for you as a customer to try help, advise, support and in my case sent me out a different cream from the one I bought to try help me with my skin issue free of charge. As far as companies go, this company are faultless in everything they do and provide, both in their products and customer service. I wish you guys the very best in business and you have made another customer very happy. 😁

Unbelievable products! The balm has really reduced fine lines on my face since using for six weeks and the body cream has removed all dry skin on my body (mainly arms and legs). Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!!!

I live in Virginia, US, and ordered two products--the balm and the body cream. I am mid-60s and use the balm on my face around my mouth where I am getting lines. I use it as my nighttime moisturizer. I've woken with a couple of pimples, but that's expected for the intense level of moisture it provides. I love it. I can tell the difference. I love the smell of the body cream, but because I want to use it all over my body (winter dryness), it's expensive for the amount you get. I'll use it but sparingly with only the areas that are really dry. Overall, this type of product without chemicals is very attractive to me and I appreciate the care they put into producing it. Really recommend it.

As am a man in his early forties I never thought I would have to use cosmetics products in my life. Anyhow that was until my face started to turn red and be very sensitive. I tried many products but I was only get worse. I am using few days now the UNSCENTED Tallow & Honey Balm and the deference is obvious.

I wanted to try something different for a patch of psoriasis, winter cold flaking lips and dry skin on my feet. I bought the original tallow and honey balm. After just a few days my feet, which needed a lot of help, are feeling the softest they have in years. Very pleased. I ordered another one so I could have one for my feet and the other for my psoriasis patch and lips.

I have ordered twice from them and love all of their products, I also love your newsletters so thank you! My son’s acne has improved and so has my daughter’s eczema, not completely gone but loads better! I don’t understand how anyone could leave a bad review I wanted to change to the vanilla lip balm and had a swift reply confirming. It’s such a shame that bad reviews are left for small businesses as it can be very damaging. I highly recommend this company thanks again, Jess x

Very disappointed. I ordered a tallow balm on the 11th and paid for next-day delivery. It’s now been 4 days and I still haven’t received my order. No updates, no explanation. What’s the point of offering next-day delivery if it’s not honored? I won’t be ordering again.

On the website says ,order today and you'll recive it by tommorrow .Or you call me a liar ?

Really pleased with the results of this, Ive been using it for two weeks so far. I purchased the unscented Tallow and Honey balm which I use on my face morning and night. I wouldn't really say that I suffer from any one skin complaint, my skin is combination, but all through my adult life the skin on my face suffers during the winter months.... it becomes super sensitive and dry and red....and in recent years ive been experimenting with natural skincare which has helped massively, but I think Ive finally found my holy grail! My skin isnt as dry and as irritated as it would normally be this time of year, and it has definitley helped with some fine lines and the texture of my skin on my face. It does need warming between your fingers before applying to the face, once on it absorbs fairly easily. Never under estimate the power of nature! Ive also noticed when using it in the mornings an hour or so before getting ready for work, that it sits quite well underneath makeup. Delivery was super quick, I will definitely be ordering some more in the future! I wish you guys the very best and hope you go from strength to strength and stick around for years to come!

I used the original tallow & honey balm for 3 nights on my face. Woke up to 2 huge pimples (beside the nose and right temple) and greasy face , which didn't happen the nights before. I stopped using the balm on the face. Currently using it every other day on hands only as a moisturiser. I don't think I'll use it again on the face as I like my face clean and clear. I gave one jar to my cousin, but his skin didn't accept the tallow either after 2 nights.
This tallow is all natural by the ingredients list, but for the oils used it doesn't mention if those are essential oils, extracts or tinctures, if are certified organic + pesticide free, or in which percentage.
I, personally, don't think there's any point in adding so many oils to this tallow, because that's clearly only for the scent purpose.
I know that tallow is highly comedogenic, but I had higher expectations after reading all great reviews and I thought it might be a very light formula that could work with my mixed skin.

I'm writing this honest review here instead of sending an email to the company as requested, because I'm trying to help other women out there with similar skin like mine not waste their money, time and skin condition.
