Have waited over a month for my clothes to come. No order confirmation, no tracking number (even after talking to a representative for over 2 weeks), and absolutely no guarantee that my clothes will get here. I had an over $350 order and I'm contacting my bank as I write this to get my money back . Terrible company.

Disgrace. I never write reviews good or bad, but this is a disgrace.

Ordered a jacket one month ago, its payed, but still i did not recived it =(
And now, when i tryed to open my order, it says it does not exist ??
Think this compagny is bad =(

I ordered a bomber months ago, never received it, i asked for it 6 or 7 times.. no one ever replied.. lost more then a 100 euros..

I ORDERED 2 MESH TANK TOPS RECIEVED IN 1 MONTH I GOT 2 LARGE BUT ORDERED XXL CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE

My first reaction was:
The 5th of july I ordered a jacket. It was too small, so I sent it back immediately. Anarchystate confirmed the reception. They promessed me to give me my money back.
Now we are the 5th of september. Each time I ask to give my money back, the answer is 'they are working on the refund". How difficult can that be? They have my bankaccount. So, what is this? Fraude? Theft?

My reaction today is:
The amount has been refunded. Not directly to my Giro account as I expected, but as a debit on my creditcard. Until today, I did'nt knew that Mastercard works that way. Anarchystate handled correctly.

I need a refund , I need my money back this wasn't worth it at all please ! #13902 haven't even gave me a tracking number

What can i do to put this down on them?
They stole my money, my message in my inbox with the details of the order was deleted, i cannot access them through Instagram, where i found it, and I'm sure if i post on their Facebook letting other users know, they will block me. Can i sue these mf? What can i do to get back at these little scammers?

Terrible site, all targeted to hook you in, from the horrible online store that has pop ups showing customer that someone has purchased an item, all to lure you into thinking that its actually real and legit. I have been banned from the facebook site (due to trying to warm people from them).
I wish i did more research before buying from them. I Ordered 2 x items from them and not only did they not send any tracking number, but they were impossible to get in contact with. Not via facebook, not via email, nothing. It says the mailing list is in Canada but don't be fooled, its just a scammer in China. They even have tried to push up the star rating on this site but using fake accounts to make good reviews, just look at the name of all the people giving good review, Zeyu, May Tran, Cindy Dong, Patrick Ge!?? Dont use them, if you dont trust me just look through all the bad reviews from this site and make up your own mind.

Fake clothing. Horrible customer service.

Awful customer service. Sell fakes and damaged goods. After 2 months i have given up and contacted my credit card company.

After three months, i'm still waiting for my order. I've try to reach them several times, and they give me the same answer everytime: "it's on its way". Problem is: the shipment was supposed to be 8/15 days...
No commercial gesture has been done...

Bad customer service. I recieved the jacket after nearly 1 month, but it doesn't correct the colour I ordered before. I don't know why they still keep shipping a different one althoght the item is out of stock. Thus, I decided to send back and get refund. However, the address on my package is not the same with on website. (Package requests return to China, the web asks return to Canada). I've emailed them about this from 23 June to now 30 June, they don't have an clearly answer. I mention 2 addresses in my email and ask which shoud be returned, they just say" use that address". Really, are you kidding me? So what axactly the address I have to send back? I email them again and nothing happen. I think I will send back to China because the package comes from there. I've tried to search the return address on their website and guess what? It doesn't exist. If the jacket can't be come to their hand, that't not my fault. They must still refund my money to me because they send wrong order.

I have been waiting for my Bomber Jacket Feng Huang for 2 months now. It's been said that my item was shipped but immediately sent back without them telling me beforehand. They asked several times for my ID number and never gave me a precise response about my item's informations. Now they're just telling me that it is being sent back with no further informations and I keep waiting.
Horrible customer service though the products seem great from afar. I'm not sure where this is going but I'm so concerned about my money and my personal informations that I needed to leave a message somewhere to let people know.

Honestly, I am very disappointed with this retail company. I ordered two items two months ago and only one of them has arrived. They sent me one tracking number (so where is the other?) and the quality is very bad. They said it was sent from the USA, but it is actually straight from CHENGDU, CHINA. Scam!!! I have waited 2 months with no sign of the other item I ordered. I have messaged their illiterate customer representative 20 messages back and forth with no resolution and they did not even reply to my Facebook message yet. Attempting to ask for my refund however they are being rude and ignorant. Do not purchase from them.

Fake! Ordered 2 items, one came after 2 moth directly from china. Bad quality, fake products. DON`T BUY!!!

Don't buy anything from these guys its total con.

One item turned up 7 weeks late and the quality and fit were awful.

Second item still hasn't turned up and they are impossible to get hold of to get a refund.

They will scàm you by sending your item without properly filling in the address. The item WILL get to your town, but your local post office will send it back to China straight away.
If you try and fight back for a refund, they will tell you it's protocol to resend the item. Then they will block you on Facebook messenger and it'll be the last you hear from them.
I've already begun to sue for fràud. I will win this case, and update everyone.
