Absolutely APPALLING service from this…
Absolutely APPALLING service from this company. They sent me the wrong colour blanket. Their so called Indigo is a light Blue, totally different from their photos which show purple. I wrote numerous emails, messenger messages and to their so called live chat. That's a joke in itself "we answer immediately" it says. They don't answer at all!! I wrote constantly for over a week and never once got a reply. Not one reply, on any platform. I had to escalate it to PayPal to get some resolution. They finally offered through PayPal to refund me if I send it back to WA from NSW at my cost!! Their mistake but I'm liable for the return cost. How is that fair? Funny how they reply to PayPal but never to me. There's something very fishy about this company how they don't reply. I had a chat with someone else who bought from them, same story she never got any replies to her messages either. Too, there are no labels stating washing instructions or that they're OREX-TED certified as they say. This is against Australian law. The only label is their company name. Be warned. BTW you can find the same blankets on ETSY for nearly half of what they're charging. I didn't know this until I went searching for a purple one. Stay away from them because if there's a problem... well good luck in getting them to respond. Shame on you Anakiz Organic.
