Extremely disappointing experience — no answers, no transparency
My experience with Anadol24 has been extremely disappointing.
After playing on the platform, I requested detailed information concerning a specific game on which I experienced extremely poor results. I requested the exact game version, provider, RTP, volatility, certification/testing information, as well as the complete round-by-round data from my account so that I could independently analyse the results.
I have already carried out my own analysis, but I need the underlying data from Anadol24 to properly verify the results and support the analysis with objective evidence.
The live chat has repeatedly told me that my request has been forwarded to the relevant team and, most recently, confirmed that the request has been properly logged with all the required details.
However, despite this, I still have no substantive response, no data and no clear timeframe for when I will receive the information.
I am not asking them to simply tell me that the game is “fair”. I am asking for the underlying information and data that would allow the results to be independently verified.
At this point, the lack of transparency and the absence of any concrete response are extremely concerning.
I will update this review if Anadol24 eventually provides the requested information and gives a satisfactory explanation.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this casino.
