I accidentally ordered the wrong size which I’m fairly certain was completely my fault. I contacted the company and the service representative helped me to return the shoulder brace that I purchased and that caused me to buy one with the correct size honestly, if it hadn’t gone so smoothly, I probably would have just sent it back and moved on with my life.

I ordered a medium and small shoulder brace but the fit wasn't right and it's highlighted that it may not actually be a muscle problem. I emailed them asking about returns, they gave me their address, I posted the braces back and have been refunded no problem. Happy to leave feedback reflecting my experience.

This is a great knee brace it definitely helps with the pain. The customer service is possible the best I've ever dealt with if you have questions they will get back to you very quick. They are willing to resolve some issues that came up very quickly I will definitely be doing business with them again!!!!

I have to admit, I may have been too harsh in the beginning. I thought Customer Service was dead, but with this company, they actually stand behind the product and resolve the issues I had in the beginning.

This place is very inconsiderate for other people's needs I can't believe this place got my address incorrect I specifically put it down in very fine detail but obviously they care about the money more than caring about getting the delivery to the customer I'm at this point where I'm going to get a lawyer and sue them

The experience was simply amazing and fantastic from start to finish! When I received my first order of size Large shoulder braces, I noticed they weren't very snug on my right shoulder, so, I reached out to Anaconda by email and let them know. The return policy and exchange for a smaller size from start to finish was wonderful. Communication was key and they were very nice and professional the entire process. I recommend Anaconda Fightwear to anyone wanting support for their fitness journey. Thank you again for everything!!

I purchased Ankle braces, Knee braces and Knee Ice brace.

For the ankle brace I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The exchange process was very simple & smooth. The customer service team was quick to respond, very helpful which made the experience stress free. I started the exchange on March 31th, it is now April 4th and the exchanged item is scheduled to be sent to my home. That's 4 days including the time it took to ship the items back to Anaconda, WOW!

BTW, the Knee brace and Knee Ice brace fit perfectly, were comfortable to wear and provided the support I needed.

This knee sleeve has been a game changer - I have a torn meniscus in both knees, and have tried several other products, but this is the first one that's both comfortable and super supportive. It provides great stability without feeling bulky, and I can wear it for hours without any discomfort. Highly recommend!

Quick shipping. I had a Tibial plateau fracture in my left knee from a motorcycle accident that I don’t think healed properly. I like to play a little recreational basketball and lift weights. This brace is the first one I’ve found that makes me feel secure in everything. I was lifting just yesterday, and an elderly lady stopped to ask me what brand it was. I spoke highly of it. I just ordered another set a size up because this one is a little too tight. It works but I’m quickly ripping it apart taking it on and off, it’s so tight.

Total scam! Do NOT buy this CRAP PRODUCT!!! I ordered 2 shoulder braces. They use Shopify app. I received them and tried them on. They do absolutely nothing to support shoulders. I have sent multiple messages trying to return and get no response at all. Reported to Shopify and their policy is "it's between you and the merchant" so I guess I'm just out $60.

Phenomenal customer service. I've ordered the knee brace from these guys and love it. Recently I've been dealing with a shoulder issue sovi decided to give the shoulder brace a try. The size recommended on the size chart didn't fit right. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. To say I'm a very satisfied customer would be an understatement. Can't recommend them enough
