Money hungry company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction
Had a cylinder go in my truck on the way to work. The employee I work for has strict a attendance policy and knew the engine was already gone and no further damage could be done so I went to work and took it to the garage after. Well comes out after my over 100 mile trip after the cylinder went I went 82 miles over my warranty. Got denied so I reached out to this company myself. Got a call back saying I should of been checking my oil every gas stop and as soon as I kept driving it I couldn't claim it anymore. There was a lot more but lets just say customer service isn't top notch with this company. Instead of helping out their customers they dip deep into their contracts to find a way to not cover you.
The dealership said a part in the engine went bad maybe thousands of miles ago that caused this to happen. I was told " can you prove it?"
