Super Onlineshop

Ich kann leider das was sie verkaufen, gar nicht bewerten.
Habe online eine Shisha mit Zubehör bestellt. Für Anfänger, mit Rabatt, dachte ich, ist ok. BESTELLbestätigung erhalten, also das Teil WAR da!!! Oder AmyNOTdeluxe? Wie läuft so was ab bei euch?
Nach einer Woche wurde ich angeschrieben: "die Shisha ist nicht mehr verfügbar"! Geburtstagsgeschenk für jemand der ein Tag davor erfahren musste, jaaa, neee, kommt doch nichts.
Die fehlende (oder zu wenige) Mitarbeiter sind schuld. Ist ja klar. Die Fachkräfte wieder! Aber über 3 Mil. Arbeitslose in DE. Die sind halt keine Shisha-Fachverkäufer!!! Lieber Schulen für Pflegepersonal in China bauen als unsere Leute hier beschäftigen, sind ja keine Fachkräfte! Und dann kommt sowas dabei raus... hoffe sehr nicht in der Pflege...

Support ist nett, Ware ist nicht der hit

Support ist höflich und der Rückversandetikett wurde ohne Probleme zur Verfügung gestellt (Reklamation)

Das Glas ist unten nicht Gleichflächig wodurch das Glas Schaukelt, musste eine ganze neue Shisha kaufen und bei der neuen ist es besser aber immernoch nicht gleichmäßig.
Eine alte 40€ Shisha hat das Problem nicht, bei einer 150€ Shisha erwartet man mehr.

Mal sehen ob die neue auch zurück geht.
Wie die Rückgabe verläuft wird sich sehen lassen.

Produkt somit nicht Hochwertig, Deluxe also nicht wirklich.
