I love everything about shopping on Amsterdam Selection. I love browsing through all the colorful, unique items, I love finding treasures on sale, and I love tracking my purchases as they make their way from the Netherlands across the ocean to my doorstep in Ohio, USA. I'm so sad to see the Zand brand retire, though. Maybe someday, when kids are grown, they'll come back! :)

Online shopping service was good and the product design/patterns were represented well. However, the quality of the finished garments was not up to the standard as I was expecting...Being the proud owner of several Amsterdam skirts - obviously an older version and specification - I was disappointed with the finish and fit of my new skirts- the economies on tailoring showed. :(
I have had to adjust the skirts to better fit me and correct some basic sewing errors!!
I love the materials.. so I have been prepared to pay the price, accept the faults, and not send back the goods...

Ordered boots 1 1/2 weeks ago, but never got a shipping email or responses to any of my emails regarding the order. Hoping the boots arrive but confused on their email customer service as that could be improved.

A great experience - easier than buying productions from some British companies. I knew the Amsterdam Zand brand - I knew exactly what I wanted. Your tracking told me exactly when my parcel arrived. It was amazing - many thanks.

One skirt was amazing, an Anna of which I own 3 others, however the new Victoria which looked so amazing can only have the short layer worn one way which is sadly with my favourite side (one i chose it for) can only be worn on the inside or as a single layer but the length of it is so short it doesn't even cover my bum. So yeah, I count three ways plus each variant with the baggie (which I must add is gorgeous) but not a truly reversable combo skirt as promised I can layer the skirt over one of my others but that makes the waist band bulky. Idk if my skirt is missing a zip or if this is the way it is meant to be. I need to contact them.
