"Priority shipping" is a lie – waiting 10 days for stock that is 1 hour away.

Ordered on Friday. On Wednesday they apologized for delays and promised 'Priority Shipping'. On Friday (a week later), they shipped it using a cheap standard service that does NOT deliver on Saturdays. Result: I am without my medical supplements for the entire weekend, waiting until Monday. The warehouse is only 60km away. If you promise priority after a mistake, you should book a courier or Saturday express. Amrita chose to save a few euros instead of helping a customer. Unacceptable for a health company.

Really lousy customer service.
I received supplements that was stinking of perfume. I am allergic to perfume, and had to put them outside my house for air.
I have writtine to customer service twice and not hear anything back 10 days later

I needed some advice....

I needed some advice as I took a reaction to one of the supplements I was taking. The help and advice I recieved from a chap called Rob was excellent! He really took the time to talk me, sharing his wealth of knowledge on health and nutrition. He really has great insight into the bigger picture where health is concerned and genuinely cares about the customers needs. What an asset to Amrita he is. Also they are very happy to refund me for the supplement that didn't agree with me and the others (unopened) that I need to return. I
would highly recommend Rob and Amrita nutrition in heartbeat :)

Customer service is awful.

Have had an account with Amrita for a long time and 5% discount on it. Suddenly the discount is gone and support says they have had technical issues, so it dissapeared. I then ask then to add the discount back and they can see the discount on all my previous orders - but no, they want "a new confirmation from my practioner, because they can´t add the discount back" Of course they can add it back, never heard anything so stupid. Customer service is awful!

Disappointed with Amrita’s shipping…

Disappointed with Amrita’s shipping provider. I lost a full month of proper structure for my nutrition because Amrita’s shipping provider asked for 100% tax initially on the order, whereas this incident didn’t happen with my friends who ordered as well. Then the shipping provider reduced the tax cost to 10% plus fees. From 100% to 10% and all the back annd forth that happened and Waste of time. All this happened whilst I have selected express shipping on Amrita’s website. It’s sad to see that Amrita doesn’t have a comprehensive and fully included offer for overseas clients. Like iHerb or other providers. Overall I missed to get my supplements, and got the hustle of back and forth with the shipping provider. The experience was disappointing.

Poor service

Poor service - I am really disappointed - we’ve not only been let down twice by your company but had to go to the post office twice too now which means getting out of work.

Not good service at all and still no product!

The delivery company (UPS) did not…

The delivery company (UPS) did not notify me at all about the delivery (no email, no text message, no phone call, no nothing). When I had no news about my order for 11 days I wrote to Amrita and only though this email conversation I found out the order is actually already at some pickup point.

Company with very bad delivery service

Company with very bad delivery service. Two times I have problems with their society delivery (Fedex), first time the delivery guy was very late compared with the time announced. The second time, the delivery person haven't ring at home and have given my parcel to my neighbour without my consent .

Moreover , they deliver only in the week so that you have to take a day off to receive your package and you have no parcel collection point in the neighbourhood. So, if you're not at home, you loose your package and unfortunately, you can't choose the delivery society at the time of the order.

In addition to these things I've mentionned, their products are very expensive.

I've tried to inform Amrita by message/mail about these problems but I haven't received any answer !

I don't recommend Amrita

Awful experience

Awful experience. Package was lost in transit. I only got sent emails with apologies and no solutions. DO NOT buy from them if you're not willing to accept significant delays in shopping.
