WC de remplacement non livré à ce jour depuis le 07/01/2026

Bonjour, j'ai commandé un WC suspendu chez AM.PM depuis le site de Leroy Merlin. Le transporteur a livré le WC cassé, le carton explosé et reconsolidé avec du scotche du transporteur DPD. J'ai fait remonté l'info le 07/01/2026 pour signaler le souci. A ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon WC de remplacement. Suite aux différents échanges avec l'équipe AM.PM, on m'annonce qu'une livraison est prévue prochainement mais RIEN reçu à ce jour le 30/01/2026.
Je ne vous cache pas mon mécontentement.
