I need to record my sincere thanks to Gizeli Nanni at the Chelmsford branch, who dealt with an unexpected problem I had, with great skill patience today. I had managed to lodge a hearing aid rubber in my ear (don’t ask!) I had no idea it was there, causing whistling. Gizeli removed it and solved the problem with not even a reproach for my careless action. Thank you Gizeli!!

Impossible to get a price from them - not even an approximation- until you are well into the testing stage, by which time you feel very pressured.

I need new moulded earplugs for work, and they were listed as a partner for Emtec Noisebreakers. The Bolton branch on Bradshawgate decided to move my appointment forward by 30 minutes. Not a problem. I turned up 15 mins before my time and sat in reception. I saw no-one, but could hear them in the back rooms. When my time passed, I phoned them up. Nobody answered because their phone was switched off. I rang the bell, nothing. These unprofessionals have cost me over £50 in lost wages and costs. One star is too good a review, but not offered anything lower. Stay away

I was not a customer of theirs when the Receptionist at the Bramley branch helped me on two occasions with new sports braces for my hearing aids which I had purchased from another (distant) company. They charged nothing for these kind acts.
I later had an serious problem with my original hearing aids only to then find that the supplier had gone out of business. I made an appointment with the Bramley branch of Amplifon which was easily and pleasantly done. They sent a reminder text two days before and so started my hearing analysis and me choosing one of two types of new hearing aids. I trialled both types over about three weeks and then chose one. The purchase was completed today. I was informed of future follow up reviews and ongoing support.
At every stage I was met with courtesy and kindness, no effort was spared to patiently explain every detail at each stage. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Wilmslow branch of Amplifon recently gave me a wonderful example of 'Customer Service' at its very best.From Nicky's warm and friendly way of setting up my appointment,Sarah's warm and lovely, personal welcome on my arrival, to the Highly professional examination I received from Emma, the audiologist.
My test was so comprehensive, she explained every detail of my hearing problems and explained how she could help.I came away happy, after being reassured by an Expert. Great customer service, like this, is the way it should be. Many Thanks.
