Had to pay €10 to ship gift voucher to NI. It would be useful if you could just be sent an email gift voucher rather than paying shipping costs.

Sorry about that, we do have free shipping on all orders over €50. Gift vouchers however go in the post so incur very little charge. I’ve refunded you the €10 and instructed our IT team to remove the charge from vouchers.

Really poor communication
Ordered Thurs eve. Got an email Fri offering me the shoes in a different colour to my order. I replied immediately saying no and asking if they were able to get the shoes in. No reply. Sent a mail on Monday to follow up, advising that I wanted to get them ASAP so could they let me know the status. No reply. Called Tues, got a friendly voice on the other end of the line, was told he thought they had been dispatched, but would call back within the hour. Guess what? No call back. It's now Wed, 6 days since ordering. No shoes, no certainty as to whether they're on the way. Poor experience
