AMP and specifically Freddie who I dealt with for years; He does a great job at customer service helping us navigate the complex relationship with a FCM. Having a good futures, broker can be a very rewarding relationship if you manage your account correctly. Freddie has helped make this a successful experience trading futures.

So i completed the registration for the account and everything, i was then requested to submit further documents to complete the process. I then had issues to login into the portal to do that as the 2FA could never reach my number for some reason.
I tried obtaining support on the matter for multiple days but with no results, and eventually i got quite annoyed as we were getting no where with no help and the same generic emails all the time.
Eventually after i made a comment in regards to how poorly this was handled to get resolved i received this email from compliance department:
"We have decided not to go forward with the business relationship. This is a business decision based purely upon our setup. We regret losing your business and wish you the best for your future endeavours. We are sorry that we cannot give you a more positive message.
Please refrain from completing another application as your applications will be declined.
Thank you for your interest in AMP Global Clearing, LLC"
There was no justification or reasons as to why this decision was made, and i find it very unprofessional from the team to simply give up rather than find a way to resolve such a simple task and obtain the business of a new customer.

This is not a review per se, more of a question. I've gone through enough reviews here and they all seem to be customer service related. Is this what this platform is for? Commending or condemning a provider for the kind of customer service they provide?
No one seems to leave reviews about anything but a customer service interaction they had with a certain person. These reviews are not enough to inform whether someone should use them or not.
I have not received any type of incentive to write this. I just have questions, based on other peoples stated experience with this entity.

On October 23, 2025, I reported a complaint to Trustpilot about AMP Futures. The company quickly contacted me, apologized, and resolved the issue, prompting me to delete my complaint from Trustpilot. However, today, without any explanation, they closed my account and rejected my new account application. This sudden action, with no reason provided, makes the company seem untrustworthy and suggests retaliatory behavior. With many reputable brokers available, I will choose another one.
Original Complaint (Posted on Trustpilot, October 23, 2025): I’ve been a funded client of AMP Futures for over a year and generally love the platform. However, I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a simple phone number update on my account. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets to new accounts team including screenshots and ID verification, and followed up via email, but received no response. This is particularly frustrating because:
A phone number is required for two-factor authentication (2FA) and login recovery.
There’s been no acknowledgment, no estimated time of resolution, and no alternative contact method provided.
Other brokers, such as EdgeClear, respond to similar requests within 24–48 hours.
While AMP’s 24/5 live chat and phone support are excellent for trading issues, their account management support seems completely neglected.

I am writing to address the sudden closure of my account ) and the rejection of my new account application on October 24, 2025, with no clear explanation provided. Your team stated that my activity violated your fraud-prevention policies, but I have not received any specific details or evidence of this alleged violation via email or any other communication. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and makes your explanation seem unbelievable.
On October 23, 2025, I reported a complaint to Trustpilot about delays in updating my phone number, which is critical for two-factor authentication and login recovery. Your team promptly contacted me, apologized, and resolved the issue, leading me to delete the complaint. However, the subsequent closure of my account and rejection of my new application, without any reason or evidence, feels retaliatory and unjust.
I demand a detailed explanation of the specific activities you claim violated your fraud-prevention policies. If such violations were detected, why was I not notified via email with clear documentation? I am prepared to provide every single conversation between myself and AMP Futures, including support tickets, emails, and screenshots, to demonstrate my compliance with your terms.
Your actions have undermined my trust in AMP Futures, especially when other brokers, like EdgeClear, handle similar issues professionally and promptly. If you believe I violated your policies, you should make this information public or at least share it directly with me. I expect a response with a clear explanation and evidence within or I will escalate this matter further, including reporting it to relevant regulatory bodies.

I had problem with a trading software and tried everything I could, I then contacted the support with little hope they could help as its not their platfrom and only have a paternship with the platfrom... I dont really think anyone reads these and that Johnny that helped me will get anymore credit becuase I write this but I will atleast try, because Johnny helped me sove the whole problem when he could just sent me to ask for help by the platfroms support istead which would prbly made me not being able to trade with the platfrom for a long time, but no he did not, he instead used the remote control tool and took time and helped me. Its silly but lowkey after a long work day, (im 19 btw) it nice to actully meet someone that does thier job and not only half way but actully does it good and fully hearted, and he was nice. Anyways ts corny af but he deserves to be seen in the company!
