Scamm business, also their unsubscribe link is deactivated

They didnt even show up to the intro call...

Horrible experience. Despite very detailed instructions, they continued to follow accounts with no interactions and low number followers. They are also scammers creating fake accounts to inflate follower ratio. What is even more insulting is instead of owning up to their mistakes they try to say YOU followed the account. Don't waste your money. I was doing a better job managing the account for a friend on my own.
I tried the service for almost a month and it was a disaster.

I've tried Ampfluence for several months and this human-powered service completely transformed my social media experience. The only reason I have given Ampfluence a single star is because after 6 months of subscription my Instagram account has grown by about 2k followers. Other than that, Ampfluence has so far done more harm than good to my account. While their site says they unfollow accounts which do not engage with your brand, it appears over these past several months they have not unfollowed regularly and now my following is smaller than the number of accounts I follow, which is a red flag to Instagram and has dramatically lowered my views and likes. I have tried to get Ampfluence to correct their mistake, and they have blamed Instagram for being sensitive to large numbers of unfollows as to why I have now paid $700 in subscription fees since calling their mistake to their attention just for them to unfollow accounts they should have been unfollowing all along. I asked them to stop following new accounts so they can focus on unfollowing. They have refused to refund me any money and are offering a mere 10% discount while they correct their own mistakes. I would cancel my service but I don’t have time to go through and unfollow thousands of accounts and need them to finish cleaning up their mess. Unless they give me a generous refund and discounted service while they correct their mistake I would never recommend this service to anyone and am now undertaking to spread the word to prevent anyone else from going through what I am going through with them.

I've worked with many different services online that claimed they did things the right way but Ampfluence is really a cut above the rest. The company really stands behind what they do and are truly experts at Instagram growth. They take their time to have calls with you, answer your questions about Instagram growth, ask about your goals for growing your account, and they care about targeting. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with a company that cares about their clients and their business goals.
