Rubbish . Bad customer service

Wow! Beautiful careful packaging, the smell of the oil it’s just insane and stays the whole day! Really recommend to try them!

My mum order NEVER Came and they refused to refund her as it was ment to be delivered on the 29th of October I have told her never again order from them and the thing is she still has to pay for something SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED ITS DISGUSTING TO DO THIS TO A DISABLED PERSON WHOMS PARTLY SIGHTED...becareful of this company 😢..

I love all the scents that I’ve received from love don’t be shy, my way, silver gentility , te amo and bacarract 450. The longevity is insane and the delivery is quick! I’ll definitely be buying more.

Terrible experience! first the box the oil arrived in smelt old as if it had been in a mouldy dungeon for the past 20 years and The oil bottles on 2 were damaged. cheap dropper bottles. the oil itself smelled weak and fake.when appiled the oil gtom 1 bottle that worked it left a rash and burning sensation on my skin. When i contacted the seller (Abu Asad) was rude and completely refused to exchange or return for a refund.. Avoid these cheap copies not worth a penny!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same experience as the adverts seen, the smell is awful, waste of money

Excellent value for money. Wore it when I went to my lash appointment as I know Chelsea loves ombré no made. Definitely worth it as she thought I was wearing the real thing until I told her it was a dupe and know I have found you a new customer!

The scent is so nice and a lot of people have commented on it.

Paid for the oil versions of the Louis Vuitton mens fragrance and as nice as they smelt and were pretty accurate they only lasted about 20 mins, I could still smell them on my hand after a while but it wasn't noticeable to others.

Highly recommended this company . Tried so many dupes that had amazing reviews and they were rubbish so never had high hopes with this company . 5 star from myself the body oils and the perfume smells bang on to my fav high end brand can’t believe it . Never normally leave good reviews . Also on the spectrum and sensory so I know my perfumes . So do happy with this company thank you ❤️❤️

I purchased a 3x beard oil bundle from Amour Scents One of the bottles “Gypsy Aqua” arrived completely with no fragrance at all, just plain oil.

What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth of inconsistent responses:
• First, I was told to return the item for a full refund.
• Then they demanded an extra £4 postage for an exchange.
• Next, they claimed the product was a “free promotional item” (which it was not – I paid for a 3-for-£25 bundle).
• Finally, they sent back the same faulty oil I had returned, without remedying the issue.

Despite repeated explanations and references to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which clearly requires sellers to cover return costs and replace or refund faulty goods at no extra charge, Amour Scents refused to resolve the matter properly.

I have now had to escalate this through my bank via a chargeback and report the company to Trading Standards. Consumers deserve honesty, quality, and fair treatment sadly, I experienced none of these here.

The smell of the fragrances and beard oils last no longer than an hour if you’re lucky.

Money so wasted. None of the perfumes smells like mentioned

I was in a very well known store passing the perfume department the young lady at the counter said oh I love your perfume its coco madamoiselle and I just smiled as my perfume is amour scents miss amour which I love and pay a fraction of the cost that coco perfume is so if she could not tell the difference it lets you know what a great perfume miss amour is at a great price so thank you amour scents for saving so much and still smelling great too.
