Good selection of products but delivery takes quite long..
Nice selection of lamps but delivery times are quite long. As there were no notifications for over a week after my order was confirmed, I had to call the company. This could be managed better.
Lamps arrived intact. They appear to be well made. As I have not used them yet, I will have to update this review at a later date.

Some of our lighting collections are made to order or sourced directly from specialist suppliers, which can occasionally lead to longer lead times than customers expect. We understand your frustration and appreciate that a cancelled order is disappointing. However, in this instance, we were unable to proceed due to supplier restrictions that are outside of our control.
As an authorised retailer, we are required to comply with strict agreements set by our manufacturers. In your case, we were informed that we are not permitted to supply these products to you, and continuing with the order would have put us in breach of those agreements.
Once this was confirmed, your order was cancelled and fully refunded. While there was some delay during the investigation, this was due to us seeking clarification before taking action.
We aim to be as transparent and fair as possible, and we do not cancel orders without valid reason. We do feel that a 1-star review does not reflect the circumstances here and have requested that it be reviewed.

Great Customer Service
When I ordered 2 sets of nesting tables from Amos, I explained that I'd been let down by a different supplier who kept me waiting for 8 weeks until I gave up and cancelled. I asked Matt if he could do anything to expedite this order. He told me that delivery is usually 2-3 weeks but he would ask the manufacturer to deliver directly to me, which could reduce it to 1-2 weeks. The tables arrived 5 days later and are exactly what we wanted.
Excellent customer service like this is all too rare these days.
