Excellent Customer Service

My daughter purchased a window perch from a secondary seller and it was missing some of the hardware. I contacted Amosijoy with my inquiry to purchase a new set of replacement hardware. Customer Service responded quickly and answered my questions. The product arrived quickly and was reasonably priced.

Hi! We are so sorry that you can not find the Real-time information about the package. The international flight of your package has arrived in the USA on June 23.
We sent you the logistics email on June 18. And yesterday, we also explained that the reason why you only find the track stays still.
We mentioned two logistics providers in the shipping email: YunExpress and USPS. The tracking number of YunExpress displays complete logistics information, whereas USPS only shows logistics information after the package has been transferred from China to the United States. Therefore, you can only find that the USPS tracking number remains at the step of printing the label.
The system recommends that we fill in the tracking number of the USA local logistics provider. This might have led to the fact that you couldn't find any information about the shipment of the package in China.
