*** CONSUMERS BEWARE ***
Am One contacted me by phone and email stating that they had approved offers for me and to contact them before the offers expire. So I contacted them and the CSR tells me they were going to email me with the offers but before he sends the email he wanted to click over and quickly get his manager on the phone to go over my credit report real quick. I agree and wait and then a salesman from Credit Pros is on the phone trying to go over my credit report with me ( how he had authorization to view my credit report is beyond me ) but is just trying to sales pitch me service from Credit Pro's to repair my credit. All I know if that if this is not illegal, it should be, but at a minimum is one of the sneakiest and most unprofessional business practices I have ever seen. Shame on AM ONE for this ! *** CONSUMERS BEWARE ***

He advised you he would be emailing you your options then offered to transfer you to our partner due to your credit score. The lady I talked to was named Lynne and was very nice and polite. She answered all my questions and treated me with dignity and respect never made me feel as though she was to busy to fool with me . Woukd recommend her to anyone
